Right next to it is the generously equipped kitchen and dining area, featuring a solid wood table that easily seats your entire group for shared meals, work sessions, or late-night chats. This apartment is one of nine in a residential building, home to real Berliners living their day-to-day lives. Out of respect for the community, parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask guests not to invite additional visitors. The space is not suitable for children under 12.

While a final professional cleaning is included, we ask that guests take care of basic tidying during their stay—cleaning kitchenware after use and emptying garbage into the outdoor bins, located through the garden at the back left of the courtyard.
