This sunny holiday apartment is newly furnished and is located on the 5th floor of a rental house in a Wilhelminian style in an excellent central location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine "senseo" , water cooker, toaster, dishes, pots and dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a high-quality leather sofa bed for 2 people. Children's bed and travel bed and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, a WC, spacious sink and a washing machine with a dryer. Furthermore, there is a TV, hifi system, radio alarm, hair dryer and iron. The spacious roof terrace is located facing the south. Parking is possible on Stephanstraße, pets not welcome, not ideal for older people and handicapped individuals. There is no elevator available.

Great location for our visit de Berlin

We went to Berlin for the world special olympics, stayed 11 nights in the appartment it was great, has all you need. And the outside space to sit in the evening was a big plus👍

Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten bei Ankunft bezogen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Die Erwachsenen und Teenager haben die Matratzen als durchgelegen empfunden.

Other than luggage and the the stairs, we packed too much, all was great they toys and games for the kids. Sand box with touts down at ground level. Grcery and restaurants within walking distance and easy walk to link with transit.

Get a feel for living in Berlin

This was a large well equipped apartment in the Mitte neighborhood close to great restaurants a park and close to public transportation The stairs are a bit of a challenge but we are over 70Our son had no problem walking the stairsThe shower worked well and the kitchen had everything you could needThis was an excellent stay for us

grandios!

unser berlin aufenthalt verbrachten wir zur hĂ€lte in der wgh. und auf dem balkon. wir fĂŒhlten uns einfach wohl an diesem ort :) eine wirklich tolle wohnung. wir haben es sehr genossen. alles vorhanden und sehr sauber.hervorragend gelegen um in alle richtungen auszuschwĂ€rmen. um pausen in der basis einzulegen hat man stets kurze wege

Über den DĂ€chern von Berlin

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt im Loft in Berlin. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sauber und die Informationen zum Check In sehr ausfĂŒhrlich. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich.

Alles super!

Die Wohnung ist super! Super sauber, super ausgestattet, super bequemen Betten, super Balkon, mit einer super Lage mit schnellen Zugang zu unterschiedlichem ÖPNV (SBahn, UBahn, Bus), also sehr empfehlenswert Ich habe schon ganz unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen erlebt, diese hier ist wirklich eine tolle Wahl fĂŒr ein Sightseeing Berlin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung in Berlin Moabit. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick ĂŒber Berlin. Wohnung ist im obersten Stock, die 100 Treppenstufen halten einen fit :-) Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Sowohl U-Bahn und Bus sind in ca. 5 Minuten FußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas störend war die Baustelle gegenĂŒber. Die Handwerker haben jeden Morgen pĂŒnktlich um 6.00 Uhr mit ihrer Arbeit begonnen und waren trotz der LĂ€rmschutzfenster zu hören. DafĂŒr kann aber die sehr freundliche Vermieterin nichts.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben fĂŒnf Tage in diesem tollen Loft verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, um Berlin zu erkunden. Wir hatten die FahrrĂ€der mitgenommen, die man gut und sicher im Hinterhof parken konnte. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Nest unter Berlins DÀchern

Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist super bequem und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Stadtteil Moabit ist ruhig und dank der gĂŒnstigen Bus- und Bahnverbindungen kann man die Stadtmitte sehr schnell erreichen. Kurz: ein Supertipp!

Schöne, saubere und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung

Schöne, sehr saubere und sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. ÖV gut erreichbar (z.Z. nĂ€chste Bushaltestelle nicht in Betrieb wegen Bauarbeiten, aber auch das ging). Fitnesstraining (100 Treppenstufen bis zur Wohnung) inklusive, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr nett und unkompliziert, ebenso die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe (per Safe). Sehr gute Infos in der Wohnung zum Aufenthalt, sowohl Wohnung betreffend, als auch Einkaufs- Essens- und Ausflugstipps. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lovely apartment

We had a great time in Berlin, the apartment was wonderful, very clean, very quiet and everything was there. The 98 steps up the stairs were a challenge sometimes after a day Berlin. But then we are 70+ and we were warned in the ad. Next time we will certainly consider this apartment, depending on our physical condition
