Welcome to 329 B Sea Cabin on Isle of Palms, SC! This cozy one-bedroom condo with its spectacular views, is the perfect getaway for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing and the salty breeze gently ruffling your hair and enjoying your coffee and breakfast at the very comfortable high-top table and chairs on the patio. The living space is bright and inviting, with a comfy couch that's just begging for you to curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie night after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, so whether you want to whip up a romantic dinner or just brew some coffee at the coffee bar, you've got everything you need at your fingertips.
After a day of sun and sand, retreat to the bedroom where a cozy queen-sized bed awaits—a perfect spot to unwind enjoy watching a movie and recharge for more adventures. 329 Sea Cabin isn't just a place to stay; it's where memories are made. Whether you're celebrating an anniversary, a spontaneous weekend away, or just some quality time together, this condo has everything you need for a romantic retreat. So, pack your bags, grab your partner, and get ready for a dreamy escape!
When you enter this wonderful Condo, you have a wonderfully designed area to put your luggage. The bedroom on the left, has a very comfortable queen bed and the bathroom had walk-in shower and the owner created extra space for your personal belongings. The kitchen and the living room are open plan with endless views of the beach and the ocean and the owner also thoughtfully included a cosy table and two chairs for you!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, golf, tennis, pickle ball, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are all close by.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25- no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

The condo was great! Location was excellent! View was fantastic! We did not rent a car and didn’t need one. Restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, & shopping are all within minutes walking. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo has been nicely renovated and was perfect for the 2 of us. Beautiful views from the balcony!! The only thing that would have made it better would have been having a washer and dryer in the condo.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the view from the balcony and listening the ocean every night while we had our cocktails. The condo was nicely decorated and had a full sized fridge, freezer (with ice trays) and coffee maker. We bought groceries from the grocery just down street. Bring your own coffee, they have plenty of filters and mugs. It was a perfect location and close to a few bars and restaurants and the beach! We contacted a local company to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. They set it up and tore it down for us. It was wonderful. We didn't want to leave.

Wonderful place and view!
Perfect size for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! Very cute place and a number of places to walk to. We rented chairs and an umbrella. The beach was very close. Would stay there again!

Lovely beach front/ocean view condo on IOP. Beautifully decorated, comfortable couch & bed, plentiful linens & towels. Perfect tall chairs & table on balcony to enjoy a sweeping ocean view in the morning with coffee & at the end of the day for sunset. Easy access to beach with a 1 minute walk across the parking lot to the beach walkway. Check in was simple and painless! Love this condo and will 100% return again.

This condo is super cute, updated and comfortable. It is small- I would not exceed 2 adults and potentially 1-2 very young children. Balcony is ample for 2-4. The complex is nice but definitely dated on the exterior and no elevator nor in unit laundry (laundromat is on site). The layout of the complex is not ideal with the parking lot between the units and the beach- interrupting the otherwise magnificent views. We visited in the fall which was peaceful and quiet. Very cute area and perfect location to walk to all the restaurants, shops, bars, grocery and coffee cafes. You could easily park your car and not get back in til time to check out if you choose. Although there are many worthwhile points of interest to check out just a short drive away. The pool is nice but not heated in the cooler weather. Location is an easy drive to Charleston. The beach is large with good shell hunting. The water was very calm during our stay but not very clear, not sure if that is typical. We loved the area and will definitely return.

The property was very nice and as described, with a beautiful view and a wonderful interior. The host was fantastic with great communication and working with me for an adjusted checkout time. The only cons for me were the pillows and bed topper made a plastic-crinkle noise. That disrupted my sleep as someone who moves around a lot at night. My partner had no issues though. Overall we loved it and would absolutely come back!
