Located in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo is a vacation getaway you'll want to return to year after year. It features a cozy open-concept living room, bedroom, and kitchen area, making it ideal for a couple or a small family. With a queen bed and a lovely living room that includes a queen sofa bed, guests will find this property to be a soothing retreat. This unit has been completely updated and boasts new furnishings to ensure your comfort during your stay. The Intracoastal Waterway lies behind the facility, providing access to grills, picnic tables, and a gazebo for relaxing or cooking your catch of the day. There's also a dock area available for fishing. The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street and is less than a three-minute walk from this unit. To top it all off, Bogue Shores features one of the largest and cleanest pools on the island, along with a cute baby pool. Be sure to visit the local waterparks, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, as well as the local surf shops and gift stores. A grocery store is about five minutes away, along with many excellent seafood and steak restaurants that the locals rave about. If you're eager to explore more, you can book a boat tour to visit some of the islands for a few hours or enjoy a dinner cruise. There's so much to do that you'll want to come year after year to experience it all! Just so you know, this unit measures 300 square feet and features an open layout with no divider between the bed, living room, and kitchen areas. While small in size, it is big on amenities and charm. We love our little beach condo, and we know you will too!

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I. The room was clean and any questions we had were quickly answered. Convenient location, nice pool and the walk to the beach was short. We would stay again.

Nice house with a great location. Boat ramp close to the house and the dock was secluded and we could leave the boats tied up to it at night. Owners were easy to work with and communication was great. Thank you for a memorable trip with the family.

Great location easy for restaurants and shops. Apartment well equipped but needed info about air con and would benefit from dustpan and brush and full length mirror. Outside space very much appreciated.

Mini vacation

The condo is very nice and update. Very accurate based on photos online. We enjoyed our stay at this condo from Friday-Sunday. I will say only one set of towels and rags were provided so if you stay longer you may need to bring your own. I was gonna use the oven but there were no baking pans so we weren’t able to use it. We would have loved too stay an extra night but due to the 60.00 insurance non-refundable fee you have to pay we couldn’t, which was an bummer and something new apparently some of the tenants are not doing. Otherwise this is a great condo to stay in.
