Nestled in the sought-after Las Huacas community, Casa Sanchez offers total privacy while remaining just a short drive from Playa Guiones. Enjoy easy access to world-class surf, restaurants, and shops—then retreat to your peaceful hillside haven to watch the sunset over the Pacific.



CONSTRUCTION NOTICE



 The neighboring property will be building a small casita from April through November, 2026. A privacy screen has already been installed to block the view of the construction, but there may still be some noise during working hours.

LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
