Great property in Cabo del Sol

House was laid out perfect for our group of 6, with 2 great bedrooms on the main level. Property could use some updating on some furnishings and amenities.

Overall good. Only complaint you could not get in surf due to black flag. Was told it is always black flag there and that should have been disclosed. Teens were very disappointed

Cabo’s coastline is incredibly scenic, but due to strong undercurrents, many beaches are not safe for swimming year-round. Spectacular ocean views on Cabo del Sol

This is a beautiful, open air villa sitting on the 8th tee of Cabo del Sol golf course. Four of us stayed for a few days of relaxation and torment on the course. The management team was phenomenal again, responding very quickly to the few questions we had. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a chef morning and night and enjoyed most of our meals outside watching the whales breach. This is a perfect place for unwinding. We have stayed here many times and hope to get back again soon.

Fabulous Location and Villa

This villa was fantastic. Great location, close enough to town and many golf courses. We had 4 couples each room having it's own bathroom gave everyone there own space. The pool and outside area was awesome. Amber at ESSV was also fabulous to deal with. Very response to any questions we had and happy to organise anything we needed. Everyone had such a wonderful time here it was hard to leave. Couple of good snorkelling beaches not too far away. Would very happily to stay here again and recommend ESSV - the whole experience was pleasurable.

Thanksgiving Week 2014

We booked Villa Cortez for the week of Thanksgiving 2014, shortly after hurricane Odile, but everything at Villa Cortez was repaired and in great shape. We had my wife and I and three of our adult children and their spouses/significant others. Because the villas bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are situated in the house so that each has their own space, it was perfect. We had another son and wife that were supposed to come, but they had a baby at home instead. One thing that I would strongly recommend to anyone planning a villa vacation would be to arrange for a private chef. We had a local chef that owns a cooking school in Los Cabos and Nachef Catering Services. The food was abundant, very flavorful and he even did Thanksgiving dinner with a slight Mexican twist. He brought sous chefs and servers and still the food and service cost significantly less than if we had gone out to restaurants or gone to the store and prepared it ourselves - and for any of you husbands out there, the clean up was included and, as a result, all of the ladies enjoyed the trip that much more. We all had a great time!

Excellent! It was just what the doctor ordered and the whole group was totally happy. Nice home, great pool and terrific location as well. The only down side is that the beach is not swimmable. Thus, be prepared to drive 5-10 minutes to go swimming in the sea.

Great property. Five private bedrooms, four with excellent views. Big open eating, living and patio/pool area looking over golf and ocean; yet private. Easy walk to two great golf courses and two hotels with plenty of ameneties.

Don't know what this is about

We enjoyed our stay. Four couples were blown away from the time we arrived at airport until we departed. First class underdescribes our accomadations. Villa Cortez was beautiful. Location was outstanding. The ESSV folks were unbelievable. Took care of every thing. Nik was a jewel to work with. WE HAD A BALL! Look forward to a return visit.
