The three generously sized bedrooms are located on the lower level, ensuring a peaceful retreat for those who want an early night while others can stay upstairs or on the patio without disturbing them. Each bedroom boasts new, high-quality beds and linens for a restful sleep:

• The primary bedroom features a brand-new king bed, a private attached bathroom, and two walk-in closets (one doubling as a workspace). It also has direct access to the back deck via sliding glass doors, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while listening to the birds.

• The second bedroom offers a new queen bed, high-end linens, a large closet, and direct deck access through sliding glass doors. The second full bathroom is just steps away in the hallway.

• The third bedroom includes two twin beds, high-end linens, and direct access to the second full bathroom, making it ideal for younger guests since there’s no direct outdoor access from this room.

For a serene escape, the house includes a bonus room that’s perfect for yoga or meditation. Tucked away from the main living areas for added tranquility, you’ll need to walk down the stairs and through the garage to access this peaceful space. Speaking of the garage, it offers ample space for guests to store extra luggage or even park a car.

Additional Notes

The hot tub is serviced every Wednesday. If your stay includes a Wednesday, please note that the maintenance team will stop by for the service. They won’t need to enter the house, and you can still use the hot tub that day. The house is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a memorable stay in beautiful Sedona.
