The living area is the home`s heartbeat. This open-concept home successfully combines the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. The hardwood floors throughout and tasteful dĂ©cor create a feeling of warmth and coziness in this home. Our home also features an indoor hot tub/spa, with HUGE tile shower, 3 shower heads, and extra towels to enjoy your stay. An added bonus, a small game room, with two TV`s - one to game and one to stream your favorite YouTube gamer. Four comfortable bedrooms are designed to offer all the rest you need after a long day of exploring or working in West Chester and Liberty TWP.. The home offers many amenities and spaces, and we can`t wait for you to experience them all. â

Five tastefully furnished bedrooms are designed to provide hotel-like comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest so you can remain energized and do everything you have planned the next day. â Master Bedroom: King-Size Bed, Ensuite Bathroom â Bedroom 2: King-Size Bed â Bedroom 3: Queen-Size Bed â Bedroom 4: Full-Size Beds â BONUS: Sofa sleeper in basement, Sheets and pillows provided. All bedrooms are equipped with a similar set of amenities. â Premium Pillows, Linens, and Sheets â Closets with Hangers and Shelves â Dressers with Spacious Drawers â Night Stands with Reading Lights â 55-inch Smart TV in all bedrooms â
BATHROOMS â
The master bedroom features an ensuite bath. Another full bathroom caters to the remaining four bedrooms. There is a half bath downstairs near the living spaces. You don`t have to worry about packing towels or essential toiletries, as we have already prepared these for you. â Bathtub with a Shower â Vanity â Mirror â Toilet â Towels â Hair Dryer â Essential Toiletries HOT TUB - INDOORS Be sure to pack your swimsuit; extra spa body towels are provided. Please be advised: there is no lifeguard on duty during your stay. Please use responsibly and do not allow children to utilize the hot tub or swim without an adult present. âą No parties or events are allowed in or on the premises. At no time should the total number of people occupying the premises exceed 10 people.
âą Please dispose of all waste and trash during your stay as directed.
âą Any personal items or possessions that are left on the premises are not our responsibility. We will make every reasonable effort to return the items to you, however, if claims are not made within 72 hours of departure, the items will not be saved.
âą Maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the premises in a careful and lawful manner. Upon departure, the premises shall be left in a ready-to-rent condition as being immediately inhabitable by the next guest. Do not rearrange or damage the furniture or furnishings in or on the premises. Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms; drinking water is permitted. You will be charged for maintenance, repairs and additional cleaning fees should you leave the premises in a lesser condition.
âą Smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the home or on the premises.
âą If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we have the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest, per day of the reservation.
âą This is a pet friendly home, however, we require a $100 per pet fee per every 30 days of your reservation. All pets must be leashed and controlled when outside the home and access only the yard of the home. A clean yard must be maintained at all times. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean up after the pets both inside and outside the home.
âą Please respect the noise curfew of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Quiet hours consist of keeping all sounds at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
âą Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3 p.m. and 11 a.m., respectively.
âą As a concierge service and if available, we allow an early check-in for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
âą Also, if available, we offer a late check out service for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
âą The premises shall be for residential use only. The guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the premises or conduct any commercial activity. The premises shall be for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to: illicit/illegal drug use or possession, verbal or physical abuse of any person, illicit/illegal sexual behavior, etc. is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
âą A Rental Agreement will need to be executed to comply with HOA and other jurisdiction requirements.
âą If any of these rules are violated, we have the right to charge you any additional fees, at our discretion, for any damages or violations.
In some instances, we may need to modify your reservation and/or move you to another property. In those instances, it is agreed that there will be no host cancellation fee or penalty if you are not agreeable to the changes and we have to cancel your reservation.
