Summerwind est une maison magnifique et calme nichĂ©e sur le lac Cable Ă  Sister Lakes Michigan. Cable Lake est joliment encadrĂ©e par ce ranch mis Ă  jour invitant. De grandes fenĂȘtres laissent entrer la lumiĂšre naturelle et la vue sur le lac dans le salon principal. La nouvelle terrasse, accessible par des portes françaises, ajoute un espace de vie extĂ©rieur, et le concept ouvert de la maison permet une vue sur le lac depuis la cuisine, la salle Ă  manger et le salon. Le dĂ©brayage du niveau infĂ©rieur s'ouvre sur une pelouse magnifiquement paysagĂ©e qui descend doucement vers le lac de fond de sable.

Summer Wind est situĂ© sur 90 acres Cable Lake, qui est un lac privĂ© non moteur Ă  Sister Lakes, MI. Ce lac calme et propre est parfait pour le stand up paddle, le kayak, le pĂ©dalo, la voile, la planche Ă  voile, le canoĂ« et la natation. La pĂȘche est exceptionnelle. Il y a 6 autres lacs en quelques minutes qui offrent une variĂ©tĂ© d'environnements. La plupart sont des lacs Ă  moteur et des locations de bateaux sont disponibles auprĂšs de vendeurs locaux.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Lake was very peaceful and not too busy. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing and just floating around. The house was perfect for our group. Enjoyed the large dining room table that allow our group to have meals together. A few minor things came up, but were resolved promptly by the owner. I would definitively recommend this property.

Great stay over all access to all the amenities was wonderful. Might want to invest in some fishing new fishing gear what was there was pretty busted so we didn’t bother trying to use it and the best were all mostly busted up as well luckily we brought our own with but over all everything else was great. As my brother stated picture on the website don’t do the property any justice. House looks way better in person you may want to do some better professional pics.

The overall stay was great. The interior of the home was extremely clean. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and two infants. I gave the home a good rating instead of a perfect rating because the walk out patio area needed attention and the upper deck area also needed attention I broomed the deck and walk out patio area. I cleaned the patio/deck furniture. This included the tables and chairs. We enjoyed the fire pit area each night The lake and sandy beach were perfect for recreation. We all took the kayaks out on the lake. My husband took the row boat out and came back with some fish for supper. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Summerwind cottage family vacation

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our kids loved everything. The grill was very dirty from previous renters but my husband is a clean freak so he enjoyed having a project while i took the kids to driftwood. Everything was exactly like it was in the pictures. Very clean. Very quiet. Very relaxing. I really enjoyed showing my kids how it is growing up on cable lale during the summer as i did when my grandpa had a cottage across the lake. We will be back next year. Thank you Frank and family for renting out your gorgeous lake home.

Labor Day at Sister Lakes

We had a blast. Lovely lake house. Kids really appreciated the communal toys in the Pirate’s chest in the basement. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We love Cable lake but this was our first time at Summerwind. Such a great house with room for the extended family. The private beach and kayaks were amazing we enjoyed the 10 min kayak ride to main beach on occasion . DVD collection was great and we enjoyed some classics in the one rainy day we had. Loved our stay!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house offers some great privacy while still being super close to tons of activities. Cable lake is gorgeous and peaceful while the neighboring lakes have sport activities and boating. It's really the best of both worlds.
