Beautiful, spacious, split level Studio in Old Antibes with Air Conditioning

Our beautiful studio with exposed beams is located on a pretty pedestrian street in the old town of Antibes. Fully renovated in 2019 including new bathroom, air conditioning, new decor and furniture throughout.
It is calm but within a stones throw of everything that Antibes has to offer. It is light and airy with big windows and skylights. This spacious studio apartment, located in a small building on one of Antibes beautiful old streets, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday right in the heart of the old town. It has a mezzanine floor with comfortable double bed and bathroom and a large living area with sofa bed and kitchen. The apartment has a skylight and large windows so it receives lots of light and breeze. It also comes fully equipped with wireless Internet and LCD TV.

Plenty of space in a great location

They let us check in early and all communication was good. The apartment was exactly like the photos. It had everything you needed. Location was right in the heart of the old town in a beautiful street. We loved Antibes and will definitely be back.

Nice stay in excellent location

We spent a really nice time (9 nights) in this apartment. It's cosy and enough space for a family, two adults and two kids. The location right at the entrance to the old town of Antibes is perfectly situated: the best bakery of town just 50 m away, restaurants and fast food shops close by (two in the same street) and everything one needs. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the train station by foot, so one can get around all along the Côte d'Azur very conveniently. We fully recommend the apartment.

Convenient, spacious little property right in the centre of the old town

Our stay in this property really enhanced our holiday. It is located right in the centre of the old town convenient to shops,restaurants, the market and the beach. When we arrived, the apartment had just been cleaned by owner's agent who gave us the info required for our stay. The appartment itself was quite spacious for us as a couple and everything we needed for a cosy stay was available. It was always a pleasure to return to the apartment every evening after a hard day's holiday!

We had an excellent time there! We spent 7 nights with our two childs and the house is really in the historical centre, so just 1min walk from Place des Martyrs de la Résistance. It is fully equipped, so kitchen, washing machine, air condition, TV, wireless. As showned in the photos is some kind of duplex on the second floor of the 3 storey building. It's facing with two big windows on a beautiful street, in which you find different types of restaurants (spanish, italian, turkish and local cusine), and although you might think at first it should be noisy, actually it is very calm. It is like 10 min awalking from the train station ( so you get easily connections almost everywhere like Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Eze, Grasse) , you can also walk to the two main beaches of Antibes ( was nice to have also the sea umbrella and 2 portable chairs in the house). A nice playground for the children at the main square, 5 min train from the waterpark ( in Biot). Antibes it is really, really beautiful. The owner, although we couldn't meet him but assisted from a friend, was very gentle and gave us already by messages a lot of interesting info, specially the fact that you really don't need to rent a car as the transport is really efficient and well connected. We found everything perfect and really enjoyed our holidays there, so it is highly recommended for a couple with two children ( I assume even more relaxing without the children :) )

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce studio conforme aux photos. Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par une amie du propriétaire, qui a fait de son mieux pour nous faciliter la vie avec nos bagages. Le studio est spacieux, on ne se marche pas dessus et on s’y sent bien, il est bien aménagé et surtout idéalement situé. En effet, il se trouve dans une rue assez animé en plein cœur du vieil Antibes, a 10 minutes à pied de la mer et a 10 minutes à pied de la gare sncf mais également a 5 minutes des commerces. C’est un studio très fonctionnel et bien équipé, le canapé lit est très confortable et la climatisation est un vrai plus. Le restaurant espagnol en bas de l’immeuble est excellent, le personnel est accueillant et la paella est délicieuse. Nous recommandons en tous points ce studio pour un séjour à Antibes.

Antibes juin 2017

Une rue de plus dans notre découverte géographique du vieil Antibes. Après Fersen, Rostan, Sade,le Safranier...à nous Fourmilière. Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plus, appartement très agréable, un peu de clim sous les toits aurait été un plus.

L'appartamento non era male, posizionato nella zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicino del centro, il proprietario era super gentilissimo e amichevole, unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta era piccolissimo bagno e si trovava al secondo piano:)

Fantastic location, great apartment!

Amazing location in the pedestrian zone of Antibes. The apartment is well laid out and well appointed, just watch your head when you're upstairs. The fans do a great job of keeping you cool at night. Love the apartment!

One week in Antibes

We passed a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment in Antibes. It is exactly as it is described. It's in the old town of Antibes and close to everything you need. The apartment was very clean. We didn't had any problems with the rent. Thanks a lot.
