My wife and I needed a place to stay in Knoxville while we were visiting our daughter. This guest house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our three days and nights. We made our coffee in the morning, and took our walks in the neighborhood. It was convenient to downtown Knoxville and the University area.

This stay was amazing! We truly enjoyed the Tennessee theme and I was able to introduce my boyfriend to just how much the Vols love orange. The space is incredibly clean and cozy. We really enjoyed having the patio in the hot tub as well. The host think of everything and we did not have to order anything for the trip. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

What a sweet spot this place was! Quiet, very clean, spotless, and so cute. Love the vibe there. Dogs were happy and enjoyed their rest, too. We really loved our stay, just wish it were longer. Hosts were perfect, too!

Cozy, private space in a great walking neighborhood.

We were in town for business and traveling with our two dogs. This was a perfect space in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. The space was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks with the dogs. And the host communication was thorough, very prompt and included every question answered before we needed anything. The hosts are very dedicated to providing a private and clean space to relax. Nicely decorated and everything you will need.

The wife and I have never stayed in Knoxville. We had a day date at Cherokee Caverns (5hr from home) and weren't too excited to drive it all in a day. Came across the cutest place on VRBO and pulled the trigger on a couple nights stay. I have zero doubt that we could have found a better place and hosts. Highly recommend 10/10

Wonderful stay

Exactly as described. The house was spotless and very cute. Outdoor patio with hot tub was private and very relaxing. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when in Knoxville

Lovely stay

We had a great time staying at this one bedroom detached guest room. Even though it was pet friendly, there was no evidence of pets from previous vacationers. Place was clean and everything worked great. The hot tub was warm and clean. We’d love to stay here again next time we are in town!

Visiting our newest Grandbaby

We came to Knoxville for the weekend to visit our daughter and her husband and their brand new baby. We were looking for a place close to where they lived. This came up on VRBO. The property was exactly as advertised. Super cute set up. Clean comfortable and very tastefully Decorated. The hot tub was a perfect size and also very clean. It was the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We love to your property.
