Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage familiale ... notre trésor sur la plage! Nous vous invitons à découvrir notre première maison face à l'océan (avec maison d'hôtes séparée) qui est disponible pour votre retraite de vacances.

Situé dans la pittoresque ville balnéaire de Cayucos sur la côte centrale de la Californie, cette belle maison privée reflète la chaleur, le charme et les loisirs. La maison d'hôtes séparée en fait la maison de vacances idéale pour amener votre famille élargie. Un escalier privé vous emmène directement sur la plage.

La maison principale dispose de deux chambres (lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles et deux lits superposés dans la deuxième chambre) deux salles de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière / four Viking Commercial, laveuse et sécheuse, barbecue, salon confortable avec cheminée , planchers de bois franc, lambris et poutres en pin noueux, et une terrasse avant donnant sur l'océan Pacifique.

La maison d'hôtes a une chambre principale (lit king), un canapé-lit queen devant la cheminée dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, terrasse et barbecue.

Les deux maisons sont bien approvisionnées en draps de luxe, serviettes de bain et de plage, jeux, livres et jouets de sable.

You can’t beat the beachfront location of this cozy cabin-like home. Perfect for our family gathering. Beautifully clean and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking the family meals. Morning coffees on the deck watching the waves created perfect Zen moments!

Perfect girls’ weekend!

Had the most amazing time at this gorgeous rental right on the beach! Walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the sunset every evening, and either made dinner in the lovely kitchen or walked the short distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

Lovely home!

This home was great for our family get together. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oils, etc.. It is walking distance to some restaurants. We enjoyed playing frisbee on the beach. The fireplace added a cozy feeling, and we were plenty warm without touching the thermostat.

This was a gathering to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with family. The house was really beyond my expectations - it just felt right for the occasion and met the needs of a variety of ages. The view, the closeness of the beach, the comfort of the beds, the coziness of the living areas and even the meteor shower sightings from the deck made for a perfect family reunion. I hope we can come again.

Nice house and great location

Family of 10 stayed for a week and all enjoyed the house amenities and location. On beach and within 10 minute walk to town. House was as described and in photos and everything in good shape and well supplied. With the main house and adjacent guest house there was plenty of room for all. Area between housed was gated and great for small children’s play area. This is the fourth house we have used in Cayucos and we would definitely use again.

Beautiful home on the beach

This house was amazing! It was myself, my husband and our daughter. There was plenty of room for us plus a second home if you have a larger family. The house was clean and well stocked and it was right on the beach with your own beach access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. It is the perfect place for a family, To come and relax and enjoy the ocean you won’t be disappointed! Our host was available to answer any questions and was very nice! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed!

Family Vacation

This is a second Family Vacation gifted by my Mom. She cried when she walked in. My Mom who is 89 had a chance to enjoy the family festivities from the deck - which was a blessing! The house had plenty of room and the private stairway to the beach was the highlight for the whole family!! Thanks for being a part of our Family Vacation.

Negranti Beach House

The accommodations at the beach house were clean, comfortable, and family-oriented. We couldn't have found anything better suited to our needs - building sandcastles on the beach, sipping morning coffee on the deck, playing games around the dining table, walking to nearby downtown, enjoying the quietness of the neighborhood - everything was really enoyable. Megan was super easy to work with and responsive to our questions/concerns. This is a gem of a house. Thank you, Negranti family, for sharing it with others!
