The Space:

Step into Berry Loft IV, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft apartment located in the heart of North Williamsburg. This stylish residence features approximately 1,350 square feet of open, light-filled living space, highlighted by 12-foot ceilings, oversized windows, hardwood floors, and expansive city and river views. At the center of the home is a sleek modern kitchen with a striking marble island and premium appliances, ideal for everyday cooking or hosting. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom accommodates a twin bed that pulls out into European King bed, offering flexibility for guests or remote work.



Set within a full-service building with a doorman, gym, and rooftop deck, Berry Loft is just a few blocks from McCarren Park and the Bedford L train, placing you close to green spaces, great dining, and easy transit connections.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Williamsburg has quickly become one of New York’s most desirable and lively neighborhoods in the past decade or two, and is a perfect location from which to enjoy the city’s best art, culture and bars whilst still having the more residential and green vibe of Brooklyn. Here you are ideally situated, close to subways and bars/restaurants, and equally near to McCarren Park and the East River for a daily dose of fresh air and nature.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



Additional guests beyond 2 require owner approval. More than 2 roommates are not a fit for this property.



Guests can use the BBQ grill located in the shared deck.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
