With a cozy bedroom, washing machine, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in style. The property also offers access to a cityview 15th floor pool, state of the art Spa and Gym, all included. We're delighted you're considering our Icon Brickell residence for your stay! To ensure everyone enjoys a wonderful experience, we've outlined some friendly guidelines below.
Your Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 4:00 PM
• We'd love to know your arrival time 30 mins in advance so we can be on time to receive you!
• IMPORTANT! - Icon Brickell requires one of our team members to be present at check-in.
• To avoid waiting time and ensure a smooth check-in experience, guests must communicate their arrival time 30 minutes in advance to guarantee a timely reception.
• Failing to do so may result in wait times.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
• With advance notice, we're happy to accommodate early check-in or luggage storage for an extra fee.
• Our co-host may meet you at check-out to collect keys and wish you farewell.
• We simply ask that before departure, any moved items are returned to their original spots.
• We appreciate your help with a quick clean-up before leaving—washing dishes, clearing refrigerator items, and gathering trash to the designated bins.
• Please place used towels on the bedroom floor before departure.
Guest Access
• Keyfobs provide access to the floor. We provide one Keyfob per unit. Please take good care of it, they are in high demand and on waiting list for availability.
• IMPORTANT! Lost or damage Keyfob will result in a $180 fee!
• Access the unit via smart lock code included in your welcome package. It will be also provided at check-in by our co-host.
Amenities Access
• Pool (open from sunrise to sunset)
• Spa and Gym (open from 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM)
• Access limited to 2 adults; kids do not need a pass but they must be accompanied at all times by their adults.
• Guest passes must be picked up on the 15th floor, where the pool deck is located between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• If arriving after 5 PM, building staff may ask that you return the following day to pick up your passes.
• For short stays, we recommend arriving at 4 PM to ensure same-day amenity access.
Parking
As a courtesy, we offer a free parking space. We require your vehicle's license plate to properly register your vehicle for one of our Premium Parking subscriptions (777 Brickell Avenue, P2540).
Taking Care Together
• When you arrive, we invite you to check the condition of everything and let us know of anything that needs attention.
• We provide necessary basic supplies for reservations up to 5 days. After 5 days we expect guests to restock at their own expense.
• Should anything need repair during your stay, please tell us right away so we can quickly address it.
