Gracious, newly-renovated casita in East Sacramento. Welcome to our charming, tree-canopied street. Casita is behind our home in a peaceful neighborhood.
Free street parking; 1 mile to UCDMC; Walk to local coffee shops and gourmet eateries: Chocolate Fish, One Speed, Origami, Trader Joeâs; 3 blocks to light rail for easy access to State Capitol, and myriad bustling downtown/midtown activities. Wired for high-speed Internet and streaming music/TV options.

The space
608 SF with private bedroom, full bath with tub and gracious living area. Kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, microwave and new induction cooktop (no stove/oven; outdoor bbq gas grill). Shared courtyard with outdoor patio table for 4.
Full-sized W/D in attached utility closet. Blend right into our charming, tree-canopied neighborhood and feel like a local!
Guest access
Easy, private entry through driveway gate; For 30-day stays, set of keys provided for private driveway gate/casita. Come and go as you please.
When coming/going after 10 PM, please close gate gently and lock.

Parking:
Please just one vehicle. There is plenty of free parking on Buckingham Way and in front of/across the street from our home. If there is not a parking spot available in front of our home, you can pull up to the street light in front of 4625 Buckingham Way. Thank you.
No animals or reptiles.
