Such an amazing little place to stay! Was easy to find, close to a grocery store and other stores. Accommodations were top-tier, and comfortable. Will be staying again if we need to.

Sacramento visit

This was the perfect place for me! I was in town visiting a brother and needed a nice place to stay. The location was perfect and this was a cute, safe and well cared for place to be. I really appreciated that and would definitely return again. It’s also a nice neighborhood to walk around as well.

Outstanding place to stay!

This was our first experience with Verb. We were not disappointed. This property was clean, well furnished and in a great location. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and event locations. We would stay here again if we travel to Sacramento in the future.Well done!

nice guest house in East Sacramento

The guest house was very comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bath tub was appreciated after a long day. The neighborhood is very walk-able with stores and restaurants nearby.Would definitely recommend the guest house and will be back to stay in the future.

Restful & Charming

Our stay was the perfect ending to our travels. Absolutely charming. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Walked around the corner to an excellent Italian restaurant. Stop in to Mattone's for a delicious meal, then stroll on back for a good night's sleep. The decor simply said "home" when you enter the door.

Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!

Just Perfect

I was in Sacramento for the first time to attend a retreat. This was a perfect place to stay. It’s in a cute neighborhood. And the house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure those who stay here are comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay!The ADU is in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distances to gourmet grocery store and restaurants to fit all budgets.ADU is modern and spotless.Kitchen meets all needs whether you are cooking not.Well thought out amenities.Chris was quick to respond to any questions.Perfect place to call home while our home was getting work done. Big back yard where our two kids - Bernese Mountain dogs could run around with large fenced in back yard.I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sacramento for business or pleasure. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Great value stay in East Sacramento

The guest house was neat and clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well-appointed. The neighborhood was nice, safe. The host was quite responsive. No issue with parking, there was always a spot in front of the house. We wished we’d had more time to look around at East Sacramento neighborhoods. We were pretty close to everything we wanted to do and about 20 mins to the airport.

A real gem

I loved everything about this property. It was clean, small but well laid out. It was well stocked for making simple meals. Good size fridge. I was especially delighted to arrive to an air conditioned unit as it was quite hot by 4:30 that day. Easy parking, very private, quiet. The place was perfect for myself and my dog. Nice little well fenced yard. The neighborhood was lovely to walk in and there were some very good restaurants and a trader joe's nearby.

Very nice stand alone house in East Sacramento

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay .it was nicely decorated and had places for belongings in the bedroom and the bathroom . The host had snacks available in the kitchen . The washer and dryer was appreciated . The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores . The host was very responsive and helpful . We will stay there again in the future .

This is such a great little place and so convenient, as far as where my family lives when I come visit here in Sacramento! It's clean, and comfortable, and very private. This is by far my favorite place we have stayed in Sacramento, and we are definitely coming back here if it's available! I love that we could bring our pup with us, and our host doesn't discriminate on the size of your dog. He's a big boy, but a good boy too, and so many places have a weight restriction of 20 lbs or less. I was getting worried we would never find a place that's comfortable and convenient. This place was awesome and has everything you need. Love the fenced in yard, too! Everything was perfect!
