Villa Iris, with breathtaking views of the bay and a short walk to the sandy beaches just north of the Malecon located hillside in a trending zone. This spacious 9-bedroom Villa is showcases contemporary architecture with elegant details and a calming neutral palate, the perfect complement of sophistication with natural organic textures.
Enjoy the best is the indoor/outdoor living, the main level living/dining flow out into the pool terrace with pool & jacuzzi lounges to relax in the sun and a fabulous outdoor bar, enjoy the villas signature cocktail a Habanero Cucumber Margarita, the perfect balance of hot and cold. All rooms are planned to appreciate the view and most bedrooms have a outdoor space, large groups have both a great space to be together or a quiet time on their own private terrace. A prime location to see the best sunsets year-round.

Note: A new building in front of Villa Iris obstructs part of the ocean view from the lowest level and the level above that (Levels #3 & #4) are now only partial ocean view. The top main level & Level #2 below with Master Bedrooms still has full ocean views.

NIGHTLY RATE
As Villa Iris is a 9 bedroom villa, we use a tiered nightly rate system so that smaller groups who don't need use of all of our bedrooms will pay a discounted rate. **Please note that we base our rates on 2 guests per bedroom, so smaller groups will have access to less bedrooms. If smaller groups would like use of more bedrooms, the below rates will apply.

5 Bedroom - $1500/$1700/$3000/$3950 night (10 guests)
6 Bedroom - $1725/$1875/$3000/$3950 night (12 guests)
7 Bedroom - $1900/$2100/$3000/$3900 night (14 guests)
8 Bedroom - $2075/$2300/$3000/$3900 night (16 guests)
9 Bedroom - $2225/$2500/$3000/$3900 night (18 guests)

Note: There is an extra person fee after 18 guests.

VILLA STAFF
Chef: preparation & serving of 2 gourmet meals/day (Cost of food and beverages is not included in the rental price)
Sous Chef: assists in preparation & serving of 2 gourmet meals/day inc clean up
Mixologist: for one of a kind crafted cocktails or nonalcoholic beverages
Housekeepers: general housekeeping including villa linens
Personal Concierge & Villa Manager: available prior to your arrival to curate every detail for an extraordinary experience
