Hot Tub Hours - 10AM - 9PM (Please be mindful of noise and respectful of other guest)

HOUSE RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No Sand In The Washer and Dryer
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home or on decks or hot tub area please walk out in the street to smoke
- No pets (If pets are brought without hosts permission there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund)
- No events
- No parties
- A security deposit may be added at our discretion
- This home accommodates 2 guest max including infants

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in refrigerator
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchen and bathroom) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
-Check Out is 10:00AM unfortunately we can not make any exceptions to this time
