La maison Blanche. Situé à Kill Devil Hills sur les Outer Banks de Caroline du Nord

Charme bien entretenu chalet semi-ocĂ©an. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©signĂ© en Avril 2014 comme un point de repĂšre historique de Kill Devil Hills. Il a Ă©tĂ© construit et achevĂ© en 1955. Le gĂźte dispose dĂ©sormais chauffage central et de l'air ainsi que le Wifi. La premiĂšre chose qui va attirer votre attention est le porche invitant, attendant juste pour vous asseoir et regarder le soleil se lever le matin douces Ă  la plage ou profiter de la brise fraĂźche du soir. Cette maison classique Outer Banks avec des murs et des plafonds en pin noueux est le lieu de vacances en famille. SituĂ© Ă  quelques pas de la plage dans la rue et pas de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche d'Avalon et Awful Arthurs Oyster Bar qui est un favori local. En outre, Ă  une courte distance en voiture de putt-putt, cinĂ©ma, bowling, Wright Memorial Monument et plusieurs magasins et une Ă©picerie. Ce chalet est l'escapade parfaite Outer Banks pour votre famille!

This is a nostalgic place for me and have enjoyed this cottage since I was a child. I am so happy that I now get to share it with my family. This is an amazing location and wonderful property owners. I appreciate everyone involved with this property and would recommend it to anyone who wants a real kill devil hills vacation.

Cute cozy house with beautiful knotty pine wood through out,comfortable furniture. The porch with the rockers was nice too, we spent some time on their rocking and enjoying the roar of the ocean. Supplies are plenty for cooking. The access to the beach was perfect just across the street and down the dunes. The beach was beautiful and not crowded.

I loved the property! Old school charm, close beach access and cozy. There was kitchen supplies to cook meals, extra supplies if needed. There is also an outside shower to get the sand off! Recommended to those who enjoy the slow down of this hustle and bustle lifestyle.

Family Vacay 2025

Great location! The beach access is across the street and loved being so close to Awful Arthur’s and the fishing pier. The cottage is cute with lots of history. We used the porch rockers every morning. All 3 beds are full sized and comfortable. Kitchen and supplies are well stocked. Thank you to the White family for sharing your family beach cottage.

Perfectly Situated

The White House was the right size and very close to beach and pier access. It was so easy to come and go from the beach at all times of the day. The inside was cozy and comfortable and many quiet hours were also spent in the shade of the porch enjoying the breeze.

Charming OBX Cottage

We had a great time at the White Cottage. Loved the rustic charm, reminded me of my grandmother's cottage as a child. Excellent location to the beach and kitchen fully stocked to prepare meals. Check with host you may need to bring towels and linens, which was not a problem for us. Great location and comfortable!

The Whitehouse

My wife and I rented this cottage almost 40 years ago. I am thankful for the chance to rent it again. I love the history of the cottage and the beach access across the street is awesome as well.

Cozy and Comfy

My sister, her friend and her daughter and I stayed in this quaint little cottage. The knotty pine walls throughout gave this historic house a great vibe. The path to the beach was across the road was an easy ascent and decent. Restaurants and other shopping are minutes away. The porch and rocking chairs were great for a late night star gazing. It is well equipped for your needs. The owner was fast at answering email when we had a small problem. We had a very relaxing time.

Another great stay at the White House

One of the many reasons we continue to adore this location is the flexibility and attention of its owner, Glenn White. Mr. White is responsive and genuinely concerned about the quality of time experienced by those who select his home. The location is magnificent and the charm of his place unsurpassed by those who appreciate what it has to offer. We look forward to returning.

Paradise

This trip was all about parking the car and leaving it for the week and this home is suitable for that. At night you can sit on the porch and hear the ocean. The ocean is literally across the street and wasn’t crowded when we ventured over to the beach. Hoping to come back in May 2025. Three trips to the OBX and Glenn is a great host and communicates clearly with you. There were people who slow down to take pictures of the home. They didn’t get out of the car but snapped a couple of pics and drove on. After staying here and communicating with Glenn I completely understand the appeal of the cottage.

Great Cottage and Perfect Location

Another perfect week at the beach

Third time staying here and still perfect in every way! Walking distance to the beach, fishing pier, and Awful Arthur's and enjoyed each of them multiple times. Plan to keep coming back for years.
