This Unit (B) is 1 of the 4 cozy, underground units on the property. This 572 sqft getaway features a king bed, Roku tvs, WiFi, fireplace, kitchenette, dining area, outdoor grill, desk, queen bunks room, washer/dryer, and walk-in shower bathroom. Many shared amenities including: swimspa hot tub, firepit/swings, sauna, gym, waterfall, painted murals, garden, fresh eggs, playground, & outdoor movies.

We do apologize for ticks, but a 20 acre property in the country will have ticks this time of year. We do provide bug spray in every room for all guests to appy before going outside if they wish. Staying on the sidewalks versus going thru the grass would also help prevent ticks from getting on you.

Highly recommend this property for a family friendly and magical experience for all. My family really enjoyed the views of every part of this property and the children loved the engagement with hosts treasure map quest activity! The clubhouse is amazing for multiple families, everything you could think of bringing for a vacation is provided at the property thanks to the hosts. Our stay over the weekend was perfect in every way, there was a full moon and the view from the property was beautiful. Definitely plan on booking again in the future!

Fantastic place for families with kids! Plenty of room to play and have quality family time in the swim spa, around the bonfire, and even with outdoor movies! Susan thought of so many details and had the units stocked very well with all the essentials. Our unit was clean and smelled really nice. Peace and quiet away from city chaos but has a handy grocery store just down the road.

Incredible accommodations! They thought of everything you might need and more! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here and had an amazing time. This place is awesome from the hobbit holes built into the countryside, the huge hot tub, sauna, fire pit with swings, charcoal grill, rocking chairs on the porch, garden, fresh eggs from the resident chickens, board games and outdoor movie theatre, this place had it all and then some! If you are looking for a great place to stay with a D&D/LOTR flair, you will not be disappointed. Great for couples or families. The owners are local so they were available if anything was needed and went well above and beyond to accommodate any request we had. It is a short drive from Bardstown KY (Bourbon capitol of the world) and is a perfect base area for bourbon trail trips - Jim Beam, Makers Mark, Bardstown Bourbon and many more all a short drive away.
