Confortable 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement est situé dans le familial Gulf Shores Plantation. Condo a une vue magnifique de la plage / océan de la porte d'entrée / breezeway et le balcon a une vue sur l'océan et surplombe une des nombreuses piscines situées sur la propriété. On peut marcher de la porte d'entrée à la plage en moins de cinq minutes. La piscine intérieure est une promenade très courte de la porte de condo. Notre condo est situé à Plantation-Orient qui vous accorde un accès exclusif à la piscine et courts de tennis. Le condo dispose de nouveaux matelas (été 2013) et un nouveau top four / cuisinière (été 2013). Mises à niveau qui ont été faites récemment comprennent une nouvelle porte arrière (Décembre 2013) et une nouvelle micro-ondes (Janvier 2014).

Miles de plages de sable avec une belle eau claire. La distance de la ville garantit plages qui ne sont pas surpeuplés qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour emmener votre famille et laissez vos enfants à explorer.

La ville de Gulf Shores a de grands magasins (y compris un centre commercial), restaurants, mini-golf, zoo et parcs d'attractions. En outre, Fort Morgan offre de grandes possibilités pour explorer et apprendre l'histoire de la région.

Location was perfect.The host was great at responding.Pool areas were nice and convenient. My only issue was that there was mold growing in one toilet and the other had a black film on the seat. I don't know if it hadn't been cleaned properly or if it had been a while since it was last booked.Beware of the ice machines. I was charged 4 times for 1 bag of ice.

This property was clean and cozy, Perfect for my family of 5. The view was great from the master bedroom and balcony. We enjoyed the board games available to use, the closet full of sand toys, we didn’t even get ours out for the week (we actually ended up leaving our basket full of toys there). Overall wonderful condo!

Not what I expected but an okay unit

Unit was okay. Needs to be updated. One plus, unit had a variety of utensils/cookware. It is definitely secluded. Not what I wanted and didn’t realize it was so far (15 miles) from the “city.” I didn’t realize there was not a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Beautiful Ft. Morgan!

We came to Ft. Morgan to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary for the weekend. We hadn't been this for down the coast and really wanted to see it and find a nice, plus reasonable priced condo. We did! The condo was really nice and clean. Perfect for my family of four. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom window. It was very relaxing just to sit on the balcony and have our coffee in the morning and enjoy an adult beverage in the evening before retiring. We enjoyed the 2 pools and spa, I couldn't pry my teens out of them, LOL. The condo had just about everything thing we needed. Plus beach toys and games to borrow. My teens were enjoying the board games believe it or not. So nice just to unplug for a bit and enjoy life with family. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Spring Break 2025

We truly had the best experience. I booked this room back in January. Jaqueline was amazing from the very beginning. She happily answered all of my booking questions. I had a question this week about extending our stay, and she was very responsive. This condo is on the second floor. It has elevators that make unloading the car at arrival, and packing the car at departure, a much easier process. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is amazing. It was the perfect size for my family of 5. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook. There is a little closet to the left of the entryway that has an adult beach chair, a child’s beach chair, a canopy tent, beach toys, etc.. I felt like it was truly stocked for a family to have whatever they need for a beach trip. The thing I love about The Plantation, is that you have everything you could possible want for a beach vacation right there. We did go into Gulf Shores a few nights, but it was so nice to unplug at The Plantation for a week. There are so many pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, tennis and basketball area, etc.. the list could literally go on and on. I feel guilty for even putting this in the review, because it truly was such a wonderful stay, but my ONLY not-positive experience was when the 2nd shower was running, the master shower wasn’t as hot as I like for my water to be while showering. If the other shower wasn’t running, the master shower was plenty hot enough. Thank you so much for our stay!

Others have spoken about this property not being as updated as some, BUT, what you get in return is so much more. First, the view is amazing. This is situated perfectly in the complex. Second, this place is so well stocked. I can't imagine anything you would need other than your food. Also, the unit was very clean. We had one small issue while here and the owner was extremely quick to reply and get someone out to remedy the problem. This is our third stay in this complex and first in this unit. I know where I'll be booking next year!

Overall impression was pictures give a good description of what you will be walking into! A bit dated in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms and the lighting needs some improvement but besides that the stay was nice! You are able to see the beach from the balcony. The complex was guarded and felt very safe. A room full of beach toys were accessible which was a lovely feature. The communication from the host was great, and check in and out was very easy! Would recommend for an adult trip!

Every thing was awesome so much fun!!!!

The experience was great, the manager went in great detail about the wonderful adventures before arrival, which made us familiar with the activities. Very easy to find and the other guest in different units was so friendly. We will definitely be visiting again. And there's lots of beach toys so we didn't have to buy any. Thanks for such a pleasant stay.

Great spot

We had a great time! The property manager was excellent to work with. The location is at the end of the condos so the boardwalk to the beach was right there. Pool on the property was perfect for kids with large area of low depth and a separate pool was available for adults.

On the beach

A few minutes walk to the beach was great. We had to wear socks as the floor was dirty and not clean when we arrived. The sheets need to be upgraded as they had pilling and uncomfortable in your skin. Had to pay to do laundry. For what we paid I thought it would be nicer than it was. Very outdated unit.

Great family getaway

Wonderful place! Clean, comfortable for a family with teens. We swam in every pool! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and the beach was gorgeous! We highly recommend making the trip to Fort Morgan too!

The property was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The recliner could use an upgrade but all in all great place to stay. Would definitely book again!

We've been vacationing at Gulf Shore Plantation for at least a decade before the opportunity to buy our condo occurred. We will continue to vacation at the plantation for its privacy and seclusion. The miles of gorgeous beaches and the clear water are also a plus. The tennis courts are something we also frequently take advantage of.

This property has plenty of beach. So, even in the the middle of the summer you don't feel overcrowded. There is also a family friendly atmosphere that is associated with Gulf Shore's Plantations. And as previously mentioned our condo association provides you with exclusive access to the indoor pool and tennis courts.
