Step inside our carefully crafted Oasis. The minute you arrive you'll be greeted with birds chirping & the smell of fresh mountain air! Enjoy the amazing views from every window in our home. The front windows showcase the pink hue of the crab apple tree & a grove of aspens. From the back patio you'll love the lake & mtn view. Three bikes provided for your enjoyment. Walk right out the back gate to the lake or a short walk across the bridge to play pickleball and frisbee golf.

Palmer Lake is a charming railroad mountain town. Palmer Lake is known for the many trains who make there way through each day and night. This property is located on the lake with direct lake access from the back yard. Year round you can enjoy the lake; ice fishing and skating in the winter. SUP, kayaking and fishing in the winter. Pickleball & frisbee golf are around the lake as well. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to the town restaurants.

You will have full access to the entire property.

Upon entering our home you will immedietly notice the gorgeous view of the lake and the patio. The spacious kitchen with gas range is located on the main level along with the living room, office (sleeper sofa & half bath located in this room) & master bedroom. Downstairs you will enjoy one more bedroom and bathroom and small living area with the additional sleeper sofa. Family games, 3 bikes & lawn chairs provided.

You will want a car to get around. Town of Palmer Lake is very walkable from this property.

This home is located on Palmer Lake. Right in front of Palmer Lake is the railroad tracks. Palmer Lake is known for its railroad activity, people travel near and far to enjoy the Railroad. If you are a light sleeper you may consider bringing ear plugs. Home has radiant heat in the floors. Each room can be adjusted to your prefered heat preference. Bikes are kept in the shed, lost key will incur a fee. Trash day is early Monday morning. Our home is non smoking and we love our furry friends, but pets are not allowed.
