This large home is located in a great neighborhood with mountain views! The home features a beautiful modern decor and two living rooms so there`s plenty of space for the whole family! Each living room has a large screen Smart TV perfect for enjoying your favorite movies and tv shows. The downstairs living room also has a ping pong table and plenty of room for fun. The home is located close to the interstate and all the best attractions Monument and Colorado Springs has to offer! The U.S Air Force Academy is a 10 minute drive, great hiking and biking trails are 5-10 minutes drive, Downtown Monument with lots of local breweries and restaurants (4mi), Downtown Colorado Springs (18 mi), The Broadmoor Hotel, and more!

This is the second time we’ve rented this house. We love the basement with the ping pong table, kids toys and bedroom with three beds. The main level is very spacious and the views of the mountains are beautiful! The location is great for us since it’s close to our son and grandkids. Communication with the host is also very good. The house has all the amenities you need. This place will be our go to house whenever we come to Monument.

Wonderful great location

Needed a place to stay with children for a close family members funeral. Host was very quick to communicate with us and very accommodating. Lovely house in a great location close to everything you need.

Nice location, great decor!

The location of this rental was perfect for us to visit family in both Monument and Colorado Springs. Easy on and off the highway, close to a grocery store and Starbucks! Well stocked kitchen, decorated very tastefully and plenty of space to spread out as a family.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our small family! The kids loved the toys and full basement. The decor was very “Magnolia” which we really enjoy. It was so nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The views were beautiful. It was a delightful time.

Had a fun weekend with family. Home was in a good location and easy to find. Plenty of space to spread out and use. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishware. Although, more working light bulbs would be helpful and appreciated.

Amazing location to visit USAFA - tons of room!

The house is wonderfully located to visit your cadets! Plenty of room to spread out
our guys loved the ping pong table and TV/couches downstairs! The kitchen is nicely stocked with many spices and coffee! The hosts were really friendly and responsive. There was an entire dining room we never even entered! And the view from the kitchen table watching the snow was a nice way to start the day
2 bunnies were hopping around and snacking on grass! Lots of games for kiddos. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

Great View!

The view of the mountains from the kitchen, front and back yards were spectacular! The backyard was fixed up so nicely. We were visiting our son’s family for our granddaughter’s first birthday and this house was nearby. The basement was huge and had a ping pong table and toys for kids. We had my son’s family over one evening and enjoyed the basement and backyard so much. The house was very clean and spacious. It was also within close proximity to everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back!

Fit the bill

Nice enough place in a good location. Some of the furnishings were well used. Some items did not work- overhead lights, fan, bathroom plugs. Hopefully they fix it for the next person, somewhat annoying. The kitchen items were not organized and kind of a mess. No kitchen towels were provided. Bring your own toilet paper unless you like prison- grade sandpaper. Come on, it's a rental, not Walmart.

Ok, but I’ll chose something different next visit

Wonderful setting and easy access to interstate. The property needs a good deep cleaning and a little maintenance. I wanted to start cleaning shortly after my arrival. One of the beds had screws missing and mattress hit the floor when we laid down. No communication with the host. We attempted to ask a couple questions with no response. Maintenance came to the door asking for access to the property without our knowledge. And no ID. We were a little cautious. And sent a message and email to the host confirming the visit but he never answered. I rarely ever place reviews because each experience is unique. I had some higher expectations for service.

Great location!

We spent time with family in Colorado Springs and this was a perfect location for that. The house had everything we needed for family time. We loved the patio and sat outside each morning in the cool breeze and had a great view of the small range mountains in this area. Since the house was listed on multiple platforms, means of communication were not clear. For example, I paid on VRBO and was prompted, through email, to pay again through a different site. However, when I reached out via phone, David was quick to get back to me and ultimately helped me navigate that. My reasoning for a 2 rating on cleanliness was that the dishes were in the dish washer when we got there, the washer had wet laundry in it, the dryer was full as well, the small trash cans had trash in them, and we did not have enough clean towels for all of us staying. We didn’t mind emptying the dishwasher and simply changed out the washer and dryer, but this was very unusual for a renter to have to do. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, he did not give an explanation as to why. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely something to be aware of. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the house was great for what we needed. David responded quickly with any questions I had.
