This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/soaking tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 32 steps required.

• Portable crib provided.

• The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
