This gorgeous cabin accommodates 12 guests in 3 bedrooms plus one additional sleeping area.

1. The Master bedroom (1st floor) is equipped with a King-size bed and a private full bathroom (bath tub, large walk-in shower, and double vanity).

2. Second Master bedroom (2nd floor) has a King-size bed with a private full bathroom)

3. Third bedroom (2nd floor) is a bunkroom with 2 Queen-size beds on the bottom with a staircase to 2 Twin beds on the top. This room also has its own private full bathroom.

4. An additional sleeper sofa is in the living room with blankets and pillows.

** Bathrooms **
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and is stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. There is a powder room between the kitchen and dining table.

We love to cook! So the kitchen is stocked with quality and safe kitchen equipment to ensure you have all you need to create beautiful meals.

The open-concept living room & kitchen area creates a bright and spacious environment for you to hang out with your family & friends at all times. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap.

Please respect our property. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Unauthorized Late Check-Out: $150/hr after the standard checkout time
• Smoking in Accommodations of any kind $1500 plus all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations
• Extraordinary Cleaning: $100/hr for cleaning requiring more than 2 hours
• Parties or events $1500. In the event of a disturbance requiring police intervention, guests will be required to vacate immediately without a refund. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, a strict no-noise ordinance is in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests must avoid loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior during these hours. If abused, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
• Unauthorized Pets: $500 in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the Accommodations
• Broken/Missing Items: Varies depending upon the item and whether repair or replacement is required (as appropriate)
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.

NOTE: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
