You're just a six minute drive from the Plaza and Westport, and a five minute drive from all major interstates in the Kansas City area. Plus, you're conveniently located near some of the city's iconic cultural destinations, such as the Nelson Atkins Art Museum, Kemper Museum for Contemporary Art, and the Kansas City Art Institute, all within a six minute drive. And, if you're a sports fan, Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium are within a 19 minute drive from the house. *IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $350 for all stays 30-59 nights and is included in the cost of your booking. Extension coverage will be separately invoiced at the rate of $130 for each additional 30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

*PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! This home is operating legally under the new Kansas City ordinance. This property is a minimum 30 night rental and not required to be licensed as a short term rental with the City of Kansas City. Any reservation will not be affected by the ordinance!

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
