This 1-bedroom, midtown apartment provides both a great downtown location and a quiet and comfortable space. With 700sf and a dedicated workspace, this is a perfect place for business and leisure travelers to call home. One dedicated space in the on-site garage is available for a $10 daily fee. Along with Wifi✔ netflix✔ washer/dryer✔ Cookware & utensils are all provided. Please reach out with any questions.

We require renters to be 21 years old or older.
- Breaking any house rules results is a $500 fine and immediate booking termination
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
- Keys/ key fob must be returned (replacement costs are $100 per key fob and $70 to re-key the locks)

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in Hyde Park area of Kansas City. Great host, had everything we needed . Will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay!

The apartments are very clean and in a great location there is plenty of space for 3 people. The host is very kind and helpful and gives very good instructions on how to check in!

Great Girls Christmas Get away

Great place for two ladies to stay while in Kansas City. The location was perfect for access downtown or access to highways to travel to other places. The condo was very clean. We felt safe at all times. The assigned parking was a plus due to the fact that is inside and secured.The host was excellent in responding to questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

Enjoyed our stay

Property was as listed. Clean and welcoming. Was a little nervous about check in after reading some of the reviews however directions were very clear. We did not have any issues. Good communication with host as well.

Great apartment

I love the location, apartment is nice and clean. Provided everything you could possibly need but the parking situation is unreal in the early morning and 430 to 6pm. Otherwise, this place was super nice and I would stay again.

Amazing Stay!!!

Fantastic place to stay! Had everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights for the NCAA D1 Wrestling Championships at the T-Mobile Center. Great location from the venue, around a 5-7 min Uber ride. The parking garage was right underneath the unit which was very nice. The host stayed in constant contact with us the entire trip. Very thorough with his instructions. We’ll definitely be staying there again next time we are in KC.

Decent place

I liked the facility. Neatly maintained. Several eminities provided. I wish they have better instructions for parking slot in the garrage. The outside walking is a bit dangerous on the streets.

Weekend in KC

Super easy check in/out! Property was easy to access all weekend! Loved the indoor parking spot. Comfortable furniture. Good kitchen supplies to use. Only two things that could use improvement: saw a couple dust bunnies under the bed and sofa and the property could use a better shower head.

Not As Advertised, Host Ghosted Us

No communication from the host leading up the our arrival. Only after requesting instructions did they arrive. Upon arrival, instructions were accurate. Terrific part of Kansas City. However, the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and felt lived-in and was not as clean as I would expect. I notified the host of the smell in fear of being blamed even though my wife and I have never smoked cigarettes in our lives. The host apologized and stated an investigation would take place by their people. The next day, the garage door was inoperable and we could not exit the premise. Other residents indicated this was a common occurrence. I notified the host who was apologetic and offered ride share accommodations, however our plans required flexibility of having our own vehicle. While waiting for a resolution, we made the decision that the these accommodations were not as advertised and for the sake of our agenda we needed to vacate the premise. I requested a partial refund, understanding the impossibility for the host to fill the property with another reservation, but also the not unreasonable request of some kind of refund due to the property not being as advertised. We received no further communication from the host. We contacted via text and email and received nothing back. After contact VRBO, I was told by the VRBO agent that the host indicated they had been in contact with us and would not issue a refund. Blatant lie. tl;dr bad smell, parking risk, bad host

Great apartment neat The Uptown Theater

Very nice apartment. The accommodations were great. The location near The Uptown Theater is great if seeing a show there. The neighbors were very nice. The parking inside the garage was so nice to have. Even with my nigh truck it was the perfect spot. Security is very nice. Felt extremely safe. Great lil place to stay

Great one bedroom apartment to rent. Has everything you could ever need for your stay. It’s was right in the middle of everything. Quick Uber rides!
