This Summit one bedroom, 5th floor unit is tastefully decorated and newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo sleeps up to 5 comfortably and offers beach chair rental for 2, included with the rental, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining area. This condo has many extras, like beach and pool toys, games, ninja air fryer/grill, crockpot, kids dishes, books....The private balcony overlooks the pool and the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. It`s the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. The living area is spacious and has a comfy queen size sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV. The bedroom offers a king size bed and bunk beds in the hallway. There is a stacked washer & dryer in the unit and the kitchen is well quipped. The Summit Condominiums are very convenient to many favorite attractions such as Pineapple Willy & Ripley Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek Golf Course, Giant Maze, and Wonder Works. Please, no pets and no smoking. We offer family friendly rentals only, minimum age requirement of 25 for all members of the party. Parking Fees and Arm Bands are required and must be purchased from on site Summit office for a fee of $27 (one pass and up to 5 armbands). This is the PRIME location for a fun-filled getaway.
