The hot tub is serviced weekly. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-6 hours to reach the desired temperature. If the hot tub is not ready at the time of check in that will be communicated to our guests.

Due to our location and weather, the power and internet can go out We have a back up generator on the property for cases such as this. In the case that the internet goes out we provide board games, yard games books and puzzles for your enjoyment.

We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. A $60/dog fee is charged per stay. We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay.
-Dogs must stay off the beds
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets that can be used for you dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside. (poop bags provided)
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property
