Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.

Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 6 adults for overnight stays. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only. Total guests for overnight stays are 6 adults and 2 children

Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.
