Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays.

Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.

Quiet Hours: This home is intended for guests looking for a comfortable and restful place to stay in a residential setting. To be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise during these hours is not permitted. Failure to follow quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

This property allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and 1 car may be parked at the curbside. There is no garage on the property. Please note that the street is narrow, and larger vehicles such as trailers or oversized trucks are difficult to accommodate as they may block neighbors’ spaces.
