Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch or curling up inside, it’s a peaceful retreat designed for rest, romance, and reconnecting with nature. Fire wood is available for a small fee. Before you head out, please:
    •    Wash any used dishes and put them away.
    •    Take all trash to the outdoor bin near the drive.
    •    Strip used beds and place linens and towels in the washer.
    •    Set the thermostat to 70 degrees.

The inside of the cabin was really clean and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, quiet, and the owner was quick to get back to us when we needed to contact him. This is great for 2 people to get away for four days especially if you are a no frills couple.

This is a great cabin in a very quiet neighborhood. I think the listing said it was closer to mammoth cave than it actually is, but it was only about a 30-40 minute drive to the visitor center and the drive is beautiful.
