Beau condo de 2 chambres. Nouveaux lits King et Queen, et canapĂ©-lit - 6 personnes confortablement. 2 salles de bain complĂštes - nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©es. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. TĂ©lĂ©viseurs Dish haut / bas avec lecteurs DVD et VHS et sĂ©lection de films limitĂ©e pour votre plus grand plaisir. Les terrains de tennis et de basket-ball, la piscine, l'aire de jeux et la zone commune de gril / foyer sont Ă©galement inclus. SituĂ© dans le parc d'Ă©tat du lac Cumberland - des fenĂȘtres et deux ponts donnent sur un cadre boisĂ© magnifique. Grand accĂšs au lac - Ă  moins de 5 km du barrage Wolf Creek Dam ou State Dock.

Great trip to the treehouse!

We loved this place! The condo was super clean, and had a great balacony. Boat storage was convienant. Our boy loved the playground and pool. Thank you so much.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family for our week long trip to Cumberland. The place was well stocked with supplies (could use some more towels though), nicely decorated, and comfy beds. Even on rainy days there is something to do in the condo as it’s stocked with lots of movies and games. Our kids are already planning our next trip for next year and staying in the same place. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Convenient for lake Cumberland

It was our first time down to lake Cumberland so we did not know what to expect. We brought our boat and were so happy to have not one but two boat launches with in a few miles of the condo. Both launch were really nice and super easy to launch the boat. We spent three days just out on the water. It was amazing!! Very nice and quite condo and our kids were happy with the pool and basketball court.

Short and sweet

Driving into the community, we were met with deer, waves from walkers and the sight of an amazing inviting pool. The condo did not disappoint, it was clean and a little piece of heaven in the Treetops! Bring extra bath towels, about 6 towels total in the unit but there is a nice laundry facility down by the pool/clubhouse, just bring quarters ($1.50 per machine). We had a great short stay and cannot wait to come back! machine).

Comfy clean condo

Kathy was a great responsive host. Check in was easy. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The resort pool was very enjoyable. Due to COVID horseback riding in the park was closed, that was a bit of a disappointment for my daughters, but we went to SomerSplash instead that day. The trip was very relaxing. There is a large selection of DVD's and some board games for rainy days. It was nice to be able to connect with our teens since there is no wifi in the unit. The only improvement, with 6 people staying, extra towels would have been nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful vacay spot

We had such a wonderful vacation. The condo was located within the state park and had a place for us to keep our trailer. The boat ramp was close. We spent time exploring the beautiful park. Enjoyed boating on the lake during the day and then back to the quiet relaxing condo. It had all the necessities of home. It was clean, cute, and convenient. The whole experience was easy and any questions we had were answered right away. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you!

 Proximity to boat and lake

The condo was well-appointed nice and clean
 Very close to DNG storage where we keep our boat and close to the boat ramp in the state park
 Children enjoy the pool. We’ve never stayed at Apple Valley before and we and we definitely hope to in the future.. thank you !!!

Tree house views!

You really are in the trees! Quiet spot in the trees just off the entrance to the state park! Pool was awesome to cool off n stretch in the am. Bring your laptop to check e-mail n do any work at the club house or poolside. Nice combo. Two bathrooms was great as we had another couple with us. Definitely rent a boat for a day at the state docks if you didn’t bring one!

Great Views

The view from the deck and windows overlooking the woods is terrific. It's nice and clean inside. There are plenty of utensils, pots, and pans to use for cooking. The description says the King Bed is brand new, but one side of the mattress dips like a Hammock. I am a stomach sleeper, so I woke with a lot of aches and pains from the mattress. Also, I was aware from the photos that there were a lot of steps into and out of the rental. I am disabled and figured I could manage steps the 2 times a day I would have to use them. But the photos and description didn't show/mention the rental itself has steps. I had to spend a lot of time deciding, if I wanted to stay upstairs or down, to avoid using the steps. The kitchen is upstairs, and the bedrooms are downstairs. I am sure, if you are younger or not disabled, this would not be a problem. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, very quiet, close to the dam, hatchery, and marinas. Kroger's, restaurants, and gas stations are not far. Ask for Apple Valley Sally's suggestions of things to do in the area, and you won't be disappointed.

Lovely condo, private, quiet, spacious, open with large windows with nice views of the woods. Special to live in the tree tops observing birds, animal life, while sipping your morning coffee on one of the balconies. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for a vacation and large enough to enjoy meals. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. We would return!

Fathers Day getaway

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean , quiet, well supplied. We were close enough to attractions. The only negative, it would be nice if the sliding screen doors worked and sealed properly. We had some beautiful cool mornings that would have been nice to be able to open the doors and let in the cool morning air and the sounds of the forest. All in all very nice
