Stunning, newly renovated 1,300 SF 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom Villa at the beautiful Arroyo Roble Resort in Uptown Sedona, Arizona, boasting 9 acres and 600 feet of private access to the historic, rushing clear waters of beautiful Oak Creek and its own lush, manicured landscape.

The suite accommodates up to 6 guests and is available for a 7-night stay during the prime New Year's week of December 27, 2026 - January 3, 2027. The very same villas at the adjacent Best Western Resort that are part of Arroyo cost nearly $5,000 for the same dates. This is a huge bargain for a prime, hard to get week in the best part of town. We even have another unit available for the same peak dates if you have a larger group. Other dates may also be available upon request.

The villas at Arroyo Roble provide plenty of space for you to relax and unwind. A fully-equipped kitchen and designated dining area make cooking and enjoying family meals easier than ever. Unwind in the living room, where an entertainment center makes you feel right at home. Beautiful gas fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom keep things cozy, and the whirlpool bathtub is ideal for indulging in some well-earned "you" time. Guests can also enjoy the clubhouse, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball & racquetball, as well as several beautiful barbecue areas.

Your home away from home is located in Uptown Sedona with private access to beautiful Oak Creek, free parking and convenient walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, art galleries, stores & tour operators. Of course, don't forget to take in the gorgeous Sedona landscape from one of two private balconies! The resort occupies a prime spot in the heart of Arizona's Red Rock Country, surrounded by the famed monoliths and bordering Oak Creek.

Many of Arizona's famed attractions are also just a short drive away, including the Grand Canyon, Kaibab and Prescott National Forests, Navajo and Hopi Indian Reservations, Painted Desert, and Petrified Forest National Park. Golfing is available at the Sedona Golf Resort and in the winter, Flagstaff's Snow Bowl ski resort is less than an hour away.
