The Bluebird (Unit F) Villa (1026 Sqft) is located on the upper floor and boasts a full size, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room with large picture window and covered patio to enjoy the beauty of Sedona!

This Villa has two Master Bedrooms with King Sized beds and attached bathrooms with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32 inch Smart Television with cable. Free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa. Free Parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, below the unit. (No Over-sized vehicles or trailer parking available)

Enjoy daytime red rock views and starry night skies at UPTOWN VIEW VILLAS in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Relax and enjoy a close up Instagram worthy view of Sedona’s main attraction, the red sandstone formations; including Snoopy Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Steamboat Rock. You will see sunrises and sunsets from this peaceful location while enjoying a cup of coffee, glass of wine or your favorite Tequila. The villas are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Main Street Sedona (HWY 89A) where you will find Sedona’s finest art galleries, popular dining establishments, jeep tours, and specialty gift shops. We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Wished there had been a few hangers in the closets to use. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Sedona Retreat

This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is ideal—within walking distance to all that uptown Sedona has to offer. The views from the property are also quite beautiful. This property was immaculate, well organized, nicely decorated and well appointed with all the necessities- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen supplies, extra blankets and pillows. The property manager was responsive and helpful. If I were to return to Sedona I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Surrounded by beauty

The beauty of Sedona greeted us through large picture windows and wowed us each day. We enjoyed the grill space and outside patio area to watch the daily sunsets.

This condo was so immaculate, had comfortable beds and had everything we needed! It’s so adorable and nicely decorated! It was walking distance to Main Street which was nice đŸ‘đŸŒ and did I mention that view!! Wow!! Breathtaking 😍😍😍 Thank you for everything!!

Best view of any place we have stayed!

Perfect accommodations! Incredibly clean! Feels like all the towels and rugs were new which was so pleasant! Easy 1 block walk to town and everything you needed in the kitchen. The view was amazing. Watching birds and mountains and beautiful clouds... you can’t beat that!

Comfy cottage! Look no further!

We really enjoyed everything about Connie’s place. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and the place was sparkling clean. We Used the working BBQ and enjoyed sitting outside for coffee. Connie has designed a perfect home away from home, she was friendly and made us feel like family. Thank you!!

Quiet, great location, amazing view

This is a great property if you want to walk to uptown Sedona or just sit back and enjoy the view. The sink area of each bathroom is open to the adjoining bedroom. Everything in the unit (furnishings, linens, towels, etc.) is brand new so the place is super clean.
