Charming Cabin. Located between New River Gorge and Summersville Lake

Hemlock Hill is a small open floor plan including bedroom 700 square foot cabin located on the Meadow River Ranch in Mount Lookout, West Virginia. The cabin is situated at the end of a long gravel driveway and is away from the main house. The cabin has one room with a private bathroom and is a perfect couples retreat. This peaceful retreat offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for guests looking to unwind. The cabin has a full kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating.

The Meadow River Ranch and Hemlock Hill are located:
8.3 miles to Summersville Lake State Park
11.6 miles to the New River Gorge Bridge
13.8 miles to Hawks Nest State Park
15 miles to Babcock State Park

We are close to everything these parks have to offer; rafting, boating, hiking, and climbing.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was peaceful and exactly as described. We loved watching the cows out in the pasture, and the bed and couch were both incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the whole place was spotless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

We absolutely loved this place! My husband, 3 month old son and I stayed in Erika’s cabin for a weekend getaway for our first family trip, and it could not have been more perfect! We wanted a location that was in between the New River Gorge and Summersville Lake, and this cabin was in a location that made traveling to these sites so easy!The cabin itself is serene and so well thought out. It had everything we needed for the weekend and had amazing views. It felt secluded and private, and we loved being greeted by the cows when we arrived! It has an amazing view of the sunrise from the back patio and made for a perfect evening in after a long day of hiking. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The cabin was absolutely amazing! Very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We didn't use any of the kitchen equipment but from what we saw, it was extremely nice! All of the furniture was very comfortable. The shower got very hot which was perfect after getting back on cold days. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to see the cows on a nextdoor property and the occasional deer enjoying the local fields as well.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin!! Relaxing and private setting and was located close to several state parks and attractions that we wanted to visit..very clean and cozy
linens and kitchen items also provided, plus WiFi access, and our host was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time!!!

With Cattle on the property along with several species of Wild Life. Beautiful Views and Exquisite Sunsets. You cannot go wrong with wanting to stay at this property.
