The space
Our immaculately clean and modern two-bedroom, one-bath condo with a cozy outdoor seating area with breathtaking Pacific Ocean views will be your home away from home. We have put a lot of time and care into our home, and we’re sure you will like it as much as we do!

There is fast, high-speed wifi and two very comfortable bedrooms and a fully upgraded bathroom with all the amenities of a home. There are a lot of fluffy white towels and toiletries to boot! Both beds in the bedrooms are queen-sized with ample closet space and a smart TV in the master bedroom. You will sleep very well as the sound of the waves crashes around you, one of the perks of living on the hillside.

The comfy living room has all the fixings of a modern home with a flat-screen TV. Very cool lighting will give you options at night, illuminating the living space in different colors. Have fun deciding on the best light option to soothe your moods.

The dining area has a large kitchen island that seats four comfortably, and the kitchen dishwasher, four burner gas stove, custom-colored bespoke refrigerator, and microwave will give you everything you need to entertain your guests.

You will see breathtaking ocean views from the apartment, the large private balcony and the pool area, which is perfectly heated in the summer months.

Card-operated community laundry is steps away from the unit.

A five-minute walk down the hill, you have drugstores, cleaners, delicious restaurants, and everything you need is within walking distance!

Lastly, in our cozy seating area right in front of the front door, you can relax with a cocktail or a mocktail as you watch the hummingbirds fly by the Pacific Ocean sparkle while taking in epic sunsets!
