Our newly constructed home was thoughtfully designed for your ultimate comfort. This spacious getaway offers amazing family friendly amenities like the community pool and a private beach area overlooking Wolf Bay. Outside the home, visit The Wharf entertainment district for shopping, award-winning dining, and year-round concerts. Experience coastal life at OB73!
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Master: King size bed
Guest room 1: 2 Full size beds
Guest room 2: Bunk bed with 1 Full size bed, 1 Twin size bed, 1 Twin size trundle
The main level features an open floor plan encompassing a living area equipped with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies or shows. The dining area boasts seating for six at the table and an additional four at the bar, complementing a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath completes this level.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area, desk, and private bathroom. The large ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
The garage accommodates two vehicles, and additional parking for two is available in the driveway.
Situated near the Canal and just minutes from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, our home in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, promises loads of enjoyment for all!

Nestled within Sunset Villas, our home features a communal pool with sun deck and plenty of lush green space for spending time with your beloved friends and family. Additionally, you'll enjoy access to the scenic Wolf Bay, complete with a charming small beach, perfect for launching a kayak, basking in the sun, or simply unwinding while taking in the breathtaking sunrise or sunset.
For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access situated within a short 2-mile radius of this property.

Hello! Welcome to our home away from home! We are born and raised Midwesterners who currently reside in Iowa. We have two children who keep us busy with sports and other activities all year round. While previously living in Nashville, we fell in love with the Gulf Coast area of Alabama visiting frequently on school breaks. While we no longer live as close as we did, we just couldnât stay away from the beautiful white sand beaches thus âOB73â came into our lives.
Unlike most rentals, we actually use our Orange Beach home for a portion of the year. We appreciate you taking care of our home just as you would take care of your own home. We love the area that is Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and all they have to offer and hope you create many lasting memories with your friends and family, too!
