Situé au deuxiÚme étage du bùtiment central de Phoenix on the Bay II, l'unité 2212 offre une vue imprenable depuis la cuisine, le coin repas, le salon et le grand balcon donnant sur la baie.

La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accÚs à une salle de bains complÚte avec un combo douche / baignoire.

Fantastic place. Very roomy with great view of the bay. Amenities were in very good condition. We have already booked again for winter vacation in 2026!

The condo was very spacious, we had more than enough room. The condo was very clean when we arrived. We overlooked the lazy river which gave us a view of the bay and ships. The view was stunning.

It was the perfect condo for our long weekend. The condo was spacious and everything was perfectly stocked and decorated. We had plenty of room and didn’t need anything but our food! Will plan to be back.

Check-in was easy. Paid for parking at the front desk and entered code to the unit provided by rental company to open the door. There was a musty smell that went away after a day or so. Beds squeak a bit, but are a comfortable sleep. Please note that you must bring your own tubes for floating in the lazy river. The front desk will air up your tubes. Overall, a nice comfortable stay for a relaxing vacation.

Had most everything def bring more paper towels and toilet paper and def purchase more trash bags and dish soap cause they supply very little on that end other than that it was great

We had the perfect view and loved every minute of our stay! Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!! We had the best time and it was our little girls first vacation! She had a blast !

Not Phoenix on the Bay

First, the name changed and no one mentioned that at all. The address is correct, but we didnt know about the name change until we arrived and asked the front desk clerk. Not the end of the world, but that wouldve been nice to know its called Lighthouse on the Bay.The unit was large and the location was great. The pool was clean, our kids and extended family really enjoyed it! More helpful info: bring floats and the front desk clerk will inflate them for you.Spacious balcony overlooking the Bay was nice. The floors were filthy, had been swept but likely never mopped. Dont touch the ice maker with anything less than bleach. Microwave vent fan is for looks, not venting. Master bed was better than the floor, but not by much. Bedrooms are all carpeted, which didn't feel clean or particularly soft.The washer worked but it takes literal hours and I tried several different cycles. The unit is dated for sure and furniture shows heavy signs of wear.The security crew was present and aware, made us feel safe, even though the area is perfectly safe already.Probably wont stay here again, but will definitely come back to Orange Beach area!

Great week stay!

We stayed with the family here for a week and it was very convenient with the pool so close and all. Kids loved the come and go access they had throughout the day. Would go back for sure!

Girls week at the beach

We had a wonderful time as always! The weather turned cold so the lazy river and the outdoor pool was too cold! The condo had some issues with the master bedroom toilet but we took care of that after the first day. Overall the condo was very nice and spacious.

Beautiful view

Our family loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious and the view from the large balcony was great. We loved being able to see the pool and the bay. We were disappointed to learn that the slide had been permanently taken down. Everything was very clean with the exception of the floors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice Spacious Getaway

Family Getaway

Nice property and unit. Standard amenities throughout. Appreciated the pool toys, ample amount of towels for a family of 9. More food prep/storage and board games would have been great but wasn't a deal breaker at all. It was great to have a wonderful pool and lazy river when the kids were tired of the beach. Would definitely rent again. Check in and out was a breeze.
