Inside, the home feels warm and welcoming, with a cozy living room featuring a large sectional, a gas fireplace, and a streaming-ready TV for relaxing evenings in. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a bright, sunny dining area with plenty of space for shared meals, games, and planning the next day's adventures. Step outside to the fenced back patio, where you can fire up the grill, enjoy a casual dinner, or let the dog lounge while kids play nearby.
Upstairs, you'll find two cheerful queen bedrooms along with a fun bunk room that's perfect for kids or extra guests. The garage adds even more convenience, stocked with bikes and beach toys for cruising the neighborhood or heading out for a day of coastal fun.
From your front door, you're just minutes from beach trails, the iconic Pelican Pub & Brewery, and sweeping views of Haystack Rock. Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, climbing the dunes, or chasing sunsets along the shore, SeaEscape is a low-key, well-located home base for making unforgettable Pacific City memories.

Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
SHOREPINE VILLAGE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FLAME FIREPITS, WOOD OR PROPANE.
BBQ'S ARE PERMITTED.

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Please contact us anytime for more information. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.
Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
