Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a big sectional, gas fireplace, and streaming-ready TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and opens to a sunny dining area with space for everyone. Step out to the fenced back patio where you can grill dinner or let the dog relax while the kids play. Upstairs, there are two bright queen bedrooms and a fun bunk room. Bonus: the garage has bikes and toys for cruising the neighborhood.

From your front door, you're minutes from beach trails, Pelican Pub, and amazing views of Haystack Rock. Whether you're grabbing coffee, climbing dunes, or just chasing the sunset, SeaEscape is a low-key, well-located home base for making memories.

Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

This home does not have parking directly in front of it. Parking is just a couple townhomes over. There is a garage space and additional shared parking.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply)
