Redwood house (1 block from HSU)

Spacious home set among the redwoods. Very close to Cal Poly Humboldt campus (less than 5 min walk to graduation venue), with ample parking in private driveway.

This unique home is practically on the HSU campus (less than 5 min walk to grad ceremony venue). Nestled in the redwoods, you can easily access the forest trails or campus right outside the door.

You will have access to the entire home (except the garage) including free parking in the driveway and outdoor space.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils, and basic cooking needs (oil, spices, etc). There is a toaster, full stove, microwave, and air fryer. Enjoy bay views from the kitchen space.

The front living room boasts panoramic windows overlooking the forest. The back living room has a large couch and TV with access to streaming services.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - king bed, large closets, bay view

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed, closet, desk, computer monitor

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - twin bed with optional pullout to create two twins or king, closet

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - king bed with additional couch/futon bed (large twin size), closet

Additional amenities (e.g., pack and play, children’s toys, etc) can be provided upon request. A self-inflating air mattress is available in the downstairs bedroom closet (sleeps 2).

There is a large backyard with bay views, a treehouse, and outdoor seating. The yard is fenced in and backs right onto Redwood Park with access to forest trails.

There are outdoor security cameras.
