Very beautiful room and property. Very clean property. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Pool area was nice and shuttle service to and from downtown was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! I only had to go the office once. Because they have a text message system, if problems arose, all I had to do was text. They’d respond within 2-5 minutes.My room was a bit dated but they were renovating. And it was extremely clean! I’d stay there again, hands down!

If you do not own a timeshare, I would not book here. You have to sit through 90 mins of them trying to sell you a timeshare at the welcome center. We ended up being there over 3 and half hours. They wouldn’t take No for an answer to not buy a timeshare, We had to use the bathroom and they showed us the bathroom and waited for us until we were done. It was a horrible experience. They felt like we were really interested then when my wife and I said we wasn’t interested it’s like 3 different people ganging up on you and pressure you into buying a time share. Just to get out of there we kept saying we wasn’t interested and had to start walking towards the door just to give them the hint. They wouldn’t even let us think about it and they kept saying let me ask you this over and over. They should have been respectful and said ok and let us go! Other than that incident we had a good trip!! This was our honeymoon as well!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. Our favorite place to stay in Nashville! So many restaurants nearby. Love the pools and hot tub. And a shuttle to get downtown if we have plans there. Much easier than finding parking!

Family of four in town for a dance competition. There are two outdoor pools which were great for the kids to relax after long days and for parents to also unwind after the hectic dance schedules. An indoor pool is also an option. The check in process was simple and smooth taking less than 5 mins. We were asked about a time share presentation but politely declined and that was it. No pushy speech or tricks to get you to agree, it was a breathe of fresh air. The room was as advertised, prefect for the trip. Everything was clean from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. Kitchen well stocked with pans, pots, dishes and utensils for quick meals we made in room. Having a washer and dryer in room was also a great plus. We were able to pack a little lighter since we could wash clothes at our leisure. Quiet first floor unit that I would recommend and stay again.

It was very clean. I did appreciate that the towels were unscented. The checking process was a bit lengthy. It was a deceiving that they were going to have a sales pitch at check in. But overall it was a decent stay.

Room was nice but not the room that was advertised. Still very nice accommodations. There was a lot of noise from the room overhead and you could hear someone when they coughed in the connecting room. Would still stay at the location with hope of avoiding the timeshare personnel.
