GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, deck, driveway parking (2 cars max with permit), smart lock entry, laundry, and all interior amenities. The home spans three levels — please note stairs are required to access and move through the property.

SUMMIT VILLAGE HOA — GUEST RULES

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Summit Village is monitored by a 24/7 call service.

Two (2) cars maximum allowed: Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver`s side dashboard of their vehicle(s). If you were not provided with one then you will need to contact your host immediately. Please make sure the guest phone number is printed large enough to be read through the windshield of the vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.

Fire Danger: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. Never throw cigarette butts on the ground, dispose of them in a proper fireproof container.

Dogs: All dogs must be on leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

Trash Disposal: All trash needs to be disposed of properly. See the map posted by your host on where the closest dumpsters are located. Do not leave any trash outside. If a dumpster is full, you`ll need to find another dumpster. PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL CARDBOARD BOXES.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Parking: Guests must park on the same side of the street as the property. Parking passes can be found in the welcome folder.

Garbage Disposal:
Garbage must not be left outside due to active bears (even near the front door).
Dispose of all garbage at check-out; failure to do so will incur a $25 penalty.
During winter, the dumpster is about 60 feet from the stairs on the same side of the street. Summer dumpster maps will be provided.

Pets: All dogs must be leashed and walked beyond the parking spots for bathroom breaks.
Snow Shoveling: Guests must shovel any new snow off the balcony before accessing it for grilling or smoking.
