Outdoors, a heated gunite pool, bluestone patio, and landscaped grounds provide a peaceful environment for relaxation and recreation. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



Please note that the bedroom 5 in the sleeping spaces section is the media room, which includes a sofa bed that pulls into a queen-sized sleeper.



Please note that guests cannot use the indoor fireplace.



If you want the pool heated, there is an additional fee of $100/day.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
