Beau style contemporain 4 chambres (deux suites de maître et 2 chambres d'hôtes) 3. 5 maison de bain avec de grandes chambres et moderne Kohler. Maison de vacances idéale pour les familles / couples / amis (pas plus de 4 parties indépendantes, pas de maisons partagées, par code East Hampton): peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes dans 4 chambres à coucher + certaines chambres ont des lits jumeaux supplémentaires (idéal pour les enfants) = un maximum de 12 personnes. Grandes fenêtres, ameublement moderne / Art Déco, superbe cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils. Double salon avec nouvelle téléviseur 55 ", Sonos Playbase, Sonos AMP. Des serviettes de qualité supérieure et des draps italiens (par Frette) fournis. Grande piscine 20 x 40 chauffée, douche extérieure, bel aménagement paysager (5 magnolias par piscine), tout nouveau (2019) grill extérieur Weber, très grande terrasse avec mobilier en teck: grande table pour 8 chaises longues avec coussins). Cette maison est dans les bois du nord-ouest de East Hampton près d'une plage privée (ce n'est pas Springs, Springs est de l'autre côté de 3 Mile Harbor).

Dans le nouveau double salon, téléviseur 55 "/ Sonos Playbase / Sonos AMP / câble / Wifi / DVD / chaîne stéréo intérieur / extérieur. L'accès à la baie privée est à quelques minutes à pied. Quartier paisible sans circulation est parfait pour les enfants, le vélo, la marche, la détente.
Il y a 4 vélos et casques disponibles. Environ. 12 min en voiture du centre-ville d'East Hampton, du centre-ville de Sag Harbor et des plages de l'océan.

Chambres à coucher: Il y a 4 grandes chambres à coucher: 2 suites de maître et 2 chambres à coucher d'invité. Au niveau principal, il y a une suite principale et 2 chambres d'amis: La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing et une salle de bains séparée. Guest Bedroom # 1 a un lit queen size et un lit supplémentaire jumeau / jour, un bureau et 2 placards de taille moyenne. Guest Bedroom # 2 a un lit queen size, un lit double et deux placards de taille moyenne. Les chambres 2 et 3 partagent la deuxième salle de bain. Au niveau inférieur, il y a une nouvelle suite principale avec un salon (le salon peut être converti en 2 lits jumeaux, voir photos), un patio privé et une salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi un autre 1/2 bain au niveau inférieur.

Beautiful house, lovely pool, and wonderful location on a quiet street with a short walk to a private bay beach. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family vacation! The owner, Susan, was great - always available to answer any questions or provide suggestions. We would definitely book this house for future getaways to the east end.

Attractive Modern House

Our family enjoyed a two week vacation in Susan’s home. The house is well located in a lovely area a short walk to the bay. The pool is surrounded by many comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas allowing easy movement toward or away from sunniest spots. The home is modern, attractive and well equipped Susan was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had.

Great vibe

House was nicer then we expected with open floor plan, glass walls looking out to the pool and great art hanging in every room. Mostly is was my immediate family of four but we had 10 plus for two nights and everyone was comfy in their own beds. Walking down the bay beach was nice for walks and collecting shells with the kids. We easily shot into East or Sag for meals and shopping. Susan was very communicative and addressed any issues (not many) expediently. Highly recommend for family getaways.

Happy Hampton's House

My experience at this home was absolutely fantastic! The house was immaculate, very chic in the decor. Loved the art work and all the books in every room. The accommodations were perfect and the hostess was polite, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The house was very comfortable, fun, easy to navigate, and had all the amenities one would need for a fun girls getaway! I appreciate the hospitality and all the fun recommendations in the area. If you are looking for a great place in the East Hamptons, look no further than this home!! Will be booking this home again for my next trip, and recommending this home to all of my friends and family who visit East Hampton. Great house and host

We loved our stay in the Hamptoms. Susan was a wonderful host. Before our trip Susan gave us ideas on what we could do in the Hamptons and from the beginning was always easy to get in touch with. She was proactive in reaching out before we arrived. The house was really nice (as shown in the pictures) and well supplied, and the pool was huge and the kids spent a lot of time there. The living room was cozy and we had family movie night on most nights. The house was in a nice neighborhood with a beach within a few minutes walk and we were able to easily drive to all the places we wanted to – East Hampton Beach and shopping area, Montauk, Sag Harbor, etc There was a small issue with hot water running one day and Susan got it fixed immediately. She is one of the most accessible and responsive hosts we have ever had. For those looking to have a great vacation in the Hamptons, we would recommend staying at her home.

Beautiful home for a weekend getaway

Had a lovely experience staying here on a family girl’s trip. The home had all of the amenities we could have needed, was an easy walk to the beach, and <15 min drive to town.

Secluded, quiet, great pool

Spent a week, kids could not get enough of the pool. Only thing missing was a pack n play, so bought our good. Also the east hamptons ordinance requiring Alarms on pool facing entrance takes quite some getting used to.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot to get away, unplug and unwind. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the pool was the best amenity especially during a heatwave! We loved the proximity to the private beach and all the wildlife that abounds. Highly recommended, and the host was so gracious with suggestions for all the local spots and made our stay very enjoyable!

Beautiful home and owner Susan is wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was lovely and the house is perfect for friends and family. The two king bedded rooms with bathrooms attached are great for couples with kids. The surrounding neighborhood is very chill and beautiful. The owner Susan is super helpful and very nice!

Amazing Labor day weekend at the Hamptons

The house is stunning and the owner is very attentive and responsive, she does look for anything to make us feel comfortable. We had a great time and the look and feel are even better than the pictures. We would definitely come back.

When our adult children couldn't take the time for a summer vacation, we decided to take the vacation to them. Susan's home made the perfect getaway, and she was a delightful host! The home is filled with every possible amenity making it much easier to travel and feel at home without bringing everything with you. Located within steps of the bay beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company. The neighborhood and beach are gorgeous, Susan's has filled her home with beautiful, high end housewares, technology, and books, and in 15-20 minutes you can be in the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton or Amagansett where Susan has shared recommendations for things to see, do, eat. The backyard pool is perfect for finding sun or shade with a glorious blooming magnolia tree as a backdrop, and we enjoyed outdoor meals cooked on the grill. It was a fabulous two weeks for our family, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely hope to return someday.

Beautiful home, perfect for small group

The property was beautiful. Susan was very responsive and helpful. She waited for me to arrive to give me a full tour of the house. She was also available by text with any questions that I had. The house is great for small groups, I had a small group of family/friends and we fit comfortably. The house is very close to town as well and a short drive to Montauk.

Amazing house!

Our family had the best time.! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable,, relaxing vacation. It was great to have the pool, which was warm and clean. We are so appreciative of Susan’s hospitality and her attentiveness to our stay. We could not have asked for a better home to rent. Definitely look forward to coming back

Relaxing Retreat

This house has everything you could need for a relaxing, private sanctuary. You will be tucked away in the privacy of the woods but just a few steps from the bay beach. Bikes are provided to you so you can bike around the neighborhood and there is a beautiful pool and great outdoor seating. Also a grill for making lunch. Susan is a fantastic host and makes sure to show you everything upon arrival and even beforehand, an extensive list of recommendations so you never have to wonder where to make your reservations. It's a perfect spot.

Great property and super responsive host

The house was wonderful and fit our family (2 adults, our 2 young kids, parents and nanny) very comfortably with everyone having their own space to relax and recharge. The pool was wonderful and the location (minutes walk to a beach on the LI sound) was wonderful. Susan was a wonderful host, was always available for quick assistance whenever we needed it. She was willing to offer suggestions and point us in the right direction whether it was with small things around the house or community or with finding a fantastic sailboat rental for a special day out on the water. We were able to enjoy a wonderful and very needed holiday while keeping our family safe (and sane) during the pandemic.

Gem of a house in a fantastic location

We were three generations ranging in age from nearly 3 to nearly 80. The house was large and comfortable enough for everyone to find some along time or to come together around the table or a movie. The house is tastefully decorated with bright original artwork and lots of fun surprises (gorgeous backgammon and chess sets, for example). The star of the show, however, is the pool and surrounding deck. The large pool has an ample shallow end for kids but plenty of deep waters too. Lots of lounge chairs and a great combination of sun and shade made it the hang place for all. Also, the owner was attentive and lovely. We will be back.

Wonderfully peaceful getaway

We spent several weeks at Susan's place to "escape" from NYC and the Covid-19 pandemic. It was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with top notch furnishes and finishings. The grounds and neighborhood are quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and the location convenient. Highly recommended for those wanting to get away.

I've been a part-time resident in East Hampton since 2000. Some of my favorite things to do include going for long walks on the beach, driving out to Montauk, going to great restaurants in town, gardening, cooking and relaxing at home. There's a lovely private bay beach just a one minute walk away, and Sammy's beach is about a 5 minute walk. I'm very familiar with the area and always provide my guests with a list of great recommendations. I take great care of my home and am always available by phone or email for my guests. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!
