Wonderful cabin!

We absolutely loved this place. With all the extras like pool table, air hockey, arcade game, and hot tub there was plenty to do. The home movie theatre sets this apart from others. Location was great, easy access and close to everything.

The heating system in the basement did not work and they knew it before renting the cabin. There were no batteries in the thermostat so we too them out of the TV remote. It did not ever turn on, making sleeping down there impossible! Overnight lows were in the 40's and highs in the 50's. We had a 6 month old baby in our group, not a good experience!

Spring break

I brought my kids down for spring break and we had the best time. This cabin was so close to everything! Had everything you could want to have a relaxing day in as well. I did wish there was somewhere to put recylcing items but other than that it was great! 10/10

Great location but that was it.

Amazing location. However cabin was not clean at all!! Cabin needs work for sure, on the bottom floor bedroom the floors are literally curling up making a major tripping hazard all throughout.

The upstairs was a little warm due to the afternoon sun coming in the windows, could use some kind of window treatment to help cool the upstairs more. June weekend stay

This three story cabin accomodates with a king bed and bath on each floor including a pull out. This cabin needs so love which we had some challenges that slightly inconvienced our stay which manager was attentive to. Kitchen faucet malfunctioned (was replaced while we were out exploring), upstairs shower floor cracked (unfortunately was not able to use afterwards). Besides the challenges this cabin met our needs making overall a 4 star. Although cabin is within a resort of cabins (not secluded) it was convieniently close to grocery stores and Pigeon Forge Parkway, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Parkway. Our 3 night stay visited Island at Pigeon Forge arrival day, rented UTVs to explore parkway mountains to Clingman's Dome first day and Ober Mountain / Gatlinburg second day.

Great location!

We had plenty of room for my husband,myself and our 2 grown sons. We played pool every night after long days and relaxed in the hot tub. No issues whatsoever. I had read a couple of other reviews about the cabins having bugs and we encountered a few large ones ourselves. Let me add, they were just random because you're so close to nature. There definitely was not a bug issue. We actually found it funny because the rental company is called Aunt Bugs. We loved our stay and will be back. My only complaint was that the lighting was too dim but otherwise its great. Also, if you get pizza use the company on the fridge, they are super fast and it was really good. Thanks for the use of the cabin. Be advised the bedrooms are 1 on each level. Lots of stairs 😉

Cabin in Pigeon Ford

Overall, it was as expected. Plenty of room and close to all our wanted activities. The cabin could use a thorough cleaning as it had lots of dust throughout. Daughter has asthma and had discomfort throughout our stay while in the cabin. The balconies and porch were where people obviously smoked as they were filthy with cigarette butts and ashes. The biggest problem was a spider nest with lots of eggs in the dining room windowsill. When we called, this was removed the next day! The TVs were all tied to Roku which was of no use if you wanted local or network news programing. If they were available, no instructions were given on how to access.

Christmas getaway

We had a great family get away. The cabin served our family well with a great all around experience. There are so many things to do! Air hockey, fuse ball, arcade games, pool table, cards, movie theatre, &hot tub - awesome experience. Safe and convenient location. Cabins were close, we could see our neighbors when we opened the curtains, little close for comfort. All in all a good stay.

Perfect location

This was a great cabin for my family of 6. Good location, easy access to the parkway and Dollywood. My only complaints are that it was very hard to cool and there were many lightbulbs out. Also, I’m unsure of when the grease trap on the grill was last cleaned but it was overflowing. Fortunately we checked it before we used it. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great place-Highly suggest

We really loved our stay here and hope to visit again! Even though we couldn't check in on time due to problems with Staffing that seems to be happening EVERYWHERE due to Covid, we were immediately offered a late check out to compensate. Everything was immaculate, the space was perfect for our teens and the two families we had staying where very happy! Thanks again for a great experience!

The cabin was clean however we did notice quite a few areas that contained large spider webs which we had to knock down in our bed rooms and living room area. Loved the Cabin

My family of 8 enjoyed every minute of our stay! Even with 8 people there was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. The kids and adults all enjoyed the theater room, pool table and the other games upstairs. It was very clean. Loved that it was so close to all of the action downtown, yet far enough away that it was very quiet in the evenings. I read 2 or 3 other reviews before arriving that were complaining about nothing. I would ignore those and take what I am saying here to heart. It is a great place to rent! You will have a good time here!
