The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of the property. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Other details to note
Please note: This is a brand-new building and some owners are still furnishing their units. You may hear occasional noise during the day. Additionally, the first-floor retail spaces are still under construction, which may result in some construction noise during daylight hours.

There is a church in front of the building, and you may occasionally hear the sound of the bells.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.
