Welcome to Condo Bella Vista. Recently added to VRBO, our guests are raving about this quiet, luxurious retreat with breathtaking bay views, sophisticated style, and a short walk or ride to the vibrant night life, art galleries, shopping and restaurants of Puerto Vallarta's enchanting Zona Romantica. 2000 square feet all on one level, large outdoor spaces and your own private plunge pool on the terrace.

This is our dream come true and we are so excited to share it with you! We want to create an exceptional experience and know from our travels that details matter.

Bella Vista features two luxurious master suites, each with spa-like polished travertine baths, huge glass walk-in showers and private terraces. Sleep well in the sumptuous king beds each with luxury 800 thread count Supima cotton bedding and hypo-allergenic down pillows. The terrace off of Suite One features a private heated infinity plunge pool (accessible from the rest of the condo as well). Large pool towels are provided, of course. Suite Two includes a quiet palapa-roofed terrace with a hammock and is perfect for reading or just relaxing.

Take in the stunning view from the big bayfront terrace with your morning Nespresso and enjoy the sunsets, sparkling lights of town and nightly fireworks in the evenings from the pool.

Relax in the hammock on the quiet palapa terrace with a book under the "Arbol del Amor" (Tree of Love) custom-commissioned sculpture with twinkling lights and glass hearts.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream and is outfitted with pro-grade cookware, brand-new stainless steel appliances and triple-filtered water from the tap. The locally-sourced Parota solid wood cabinetry and woodwork provides a rich feel throughout the condo. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the unit to make packing so much easier.

The condo is kept spotless by our amazing housekeeper Anet. Maid service is included every three days. High speed internet and television is provided on the 65" flat screen including Netflix and Roku, with immersive sound from the Sonos soundbar also available for streaming music throughout the condo.

Our building also has a beautiful large infinity pool for residents and guests with loungers and outdoor showers. Our building is small so it is never crowded.

Located just above Old Town in the beautiful neighborhood of Amapas, Bella Vista is about an 8-10 minute walk or quick Uber ride to the famous Malecon and Los Muertos beach. We love to walk down into town, but we are on a hill so walking back can be a bit of a workout— we usually opt for a cab ride for about $5. Taxis and Ubers are very plentiful here if you prefer not to walk at all!

We can handle any needs you have, including private transportation to and from the airport, grocery shopping so the condo is stocked when you get there, tours and excursions, in-room massages and convenient and affordable Covid testing prior to your departure right at the condo. We can also provide recommendations on any activities or help with choosing from the multitude of amazing restaurants Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Or say the word and we can dispatch a private chef to prepare something amazing.
