The space
Escape to this peaceful countryside retreat in the rolling hills of northern Tennessee—your perfect home base for exploring Land Between the Lakes, Paris Landing, Barkley and Kentucky Lake. Nestled on a private wooded lot, this spacious property offers two separate living spaces: a cozy two-bedroom main house with a full kitchen and a charming one-bedroom guest cottage with a vintage-style kitchenette.

Enjoy morning coffee on the screened-in porch, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or unwind in the recliner-filled living room with 55" Smart HDTV. Comfortably sleeps up to seven guests with plenty of space to spread out. While the décor is modest and rustic, the home offers excellent value and all the essentials for a relaxed family getaway—plus high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry, BBQ grill, and plenty of parking.

Poor maintenance of the home. One of us fell through the back porch where there was several rotted planks, the main remote for the gate to get on the property did not work so we were delayed several times to activities, the shower head was broken in the smaller detached guest house which one of us had to rig with zip ties to use, the gas grill was rusted out and had hornets nests in it and was unuseable, the kitchen sink kept backing up while cleaning dishes, the lock on the sliding glass door/window was broken so there was no way to secure the house, there was a rotten smell whenever the dryer was run and it took two days to air out the house from whatever cleaner was used it was strong enough to give two of us headaches.

If we had heard from you, we would have jumped in right away to help out. We always encourage guests to reach out the moment something feels off so we can fix it on the spot.
