Charming 3-bedroom house with lake view on quiet Southside of Lake Havasu City
Escape to this serene house on the southside of Lake Havasu City. This location is perfect for anyone looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy town, but still offers lots of local shops, restaurants and stores. Just 10 minutes away from the brand new Riviera Marina lauch ramp, beating the traffic through town, so you can enjoy the lake without the wait (photos below).
This cozy lake home features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a nice getaway with friends or family. With 2 full bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and fresh white towels. This home has a 80 foot driveway with garage access, but no boat parking in garage (Cars only in garage). It has plenty of parking for everyone and can accommodate a large RV or boat and trailer. Enjoy the Lakeview and gorgeous sunsets from the front covered patio after a day on the lake. Featuring a 75" flat screen T.V. in the living room with WIFI. Along with flatscreen T.V. in every room, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows! New updated furniture and comfortable bedding in every room. This open floor plan (1326 sqf.) with vaulted ceilings has lots of bright natural lighting. Kitchen offers a hightop counter with barstools to enjoy a casual dinner and a coffee station to start your day right. Or if your perfer to be outside there is a bbq in the backyard under a covered patio.
We are original owners of the home built from the ground up in 2003. We are working hard to upgrade the home in the next couple of years including outdoor living and landscaping, but we hope you enjoy what the home has to offer. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
***Please note*** There is no fencing or gate around the backyard.

Hi! Iâm Marcy, I am the original owner of the property built in 2003. I currently live in California and have used the home personally for family vacations on the lake. Not until recently, I have decided to let other families enjoy this peaceful getaway. My kids are older and we no longer have the time to visit the home. I hope you enjoy your stay and it feels like a little piece of home.
